摘 要

伴随互联网技术的不断提升，越来越多的企业管理和运作处在信息化的环境之中。ERP系统作为一种能为企业实现最大经济效益的管理系统，可以对企业供应链上的所有环节进行有效管理，优化企业内部管理环境，降低企业运行风险，毫无疑问其普及的程度越来越高。但是ERP的实施，也会带来一定的风险。而企业的存货，是企业流动资产的重要组成部分，存货管理的好坏直接影响到企业能否健康快速的发展，所以对ERP 环境下企业的存货内控进行风险分析是至关重要的。论文的研究目的就是通过分析ERP环境下制造业存货内部控制存在的风险，从而提出应对这些风险的措施，以期对企业的运作产生积极的影响。

论文首先对ERP环境下存货管理的特点、存货内控的业务流程以及内控要素的变化进行了简单介绍，然后对ERP环境下制造业存货内部控制的优势和风险进行了重点分析。

分析的结果表明，ERP环境下制造业存货内控存在权限控制不完善、信息没有实现实时共享、业务流程不够细化、成本控制不到位等风险，然后论文针对这些风险提出了相应的应对措施。

本文的特色是在论文的最后进行了案例分析，对贵糖股份有限公司ERP环境下存货的内部控制存在的问题进行了探讨，并相应提出了改进措施，希望对该企业存货的内控管理能够产生积极意义。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of Internet technology, more and more enterprises operation in information environment.ERP system as a can for the enterprise to achieve maximum economic efficiency of management system, to all the links of the enterprise supply chain for effective management, optimize the internal management of the environment and reduce the risk of enterprise operation, there is no doubt that its popularization degree is more and more high.But the implementation of ERP, it will bring a certain risk.And inventory of enterprises is an important part of current assets of enterprises, the quality of the inventory management directly affect the enterprise healthy and rapid development, so the ERP environment of enterprise inventory control for risk analysis is crucial.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the measures to deal with these risks by analyzing the risk of inventory internal control in the ERP environment, so as to have a positive impact on the operation of the enterprise.

Firstly on characteristics of inventory management under the ERP environment, inventory control of business processes and the internal control factors changes were introduced, and then under the environment of ERP manufacturing industry inventory internal control the advantages and risks are analyzed.

The results of the analysis indicate that ERP manufacturing industry inventory internal control existing in the imperfect control permissions information can't realize real-time sharing, not enough detailed business process, cost control is not in place and other risk. Then this thesis according to the risk, proposed corresponding measures.

In this paper, the characteristics is that it has carried on the case analysis at the end, the internal controls problems of The Limited by Share Ltd under the environment of ERP inventory are discussed, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures, hope to the inventories of an enterprise internal control management can produce positive significance.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究的目的与意义

（1）研究目的

ERP系统是集合企业内部全部可利用和可操控的资源进行有效的计划、使用与控制，以达到最大经济效益的一种管理系统，ERP系统将企业的所有业务流程看做一个紧密相连的供应链，对供应链上的所有环节，如采购、生产、供应、销售、库存等进行有效的科学的管理，使得企业在各个环节都能够对人、财、物实现全方位的控制^[1]。ERP的实施，有利于企业的规范管理，有利于企业进行存货的内部控制，对存货进行科学的管理和控制，但是同时也会带来一定程度的风险。而本文的研究目的就是通过对ERP环境下制造企业存货管理的特点、内控要求、业务流程的介绍，来对ERP环境下制造业存货内部控制的优势进行分析，并对存货各个业务环节的关键控制点进行风险的分析，然后针对风险提出相应的对策，并以贵糖股份公司为例，对其存货的内部控制存在的问题进行分析和探讨并提出对策进行解决，来验证其可行性与实操性。
