摘 要

本文选取低成本战略实施较为成功的春秋航空公司作为案例企业，通过采用PEST、五力模型、SWOT等战略分析工具，分析其实施该战略的条件，并详细阐述了其运用成本领先战略的具体举措。通过对特定行业的低成本战略的运用分析，进一步总结出适用于众多企业战略实施的一般性举措，对于指导中小企业改善自身经营、提高盈利能力具有重要作用。

论文主要研究了低成本战略在我国航空业的应用状况，从分析其应用条件到具体措施，以小见大，展示了低成本战略在我国中小企业间的运用。

研究结果表明：春秋航空作为我国低成本战略实施较为成功的一家中小企业，在获得良好的经营效果的同时，也反映我国成本管理的现状以及存在的问题。对于我国中小企业来讲，在进行战略制定时，首先要明确自身定位，同时战略的实施要结合行业与企业发展的自身状况，审时度势。低成本的概念不仅局限于生产环节，更要将服务价值链与成本管理相结合，保持长期竞争优势。

本文的特色：本文采用案例分析的研究方法，以文献、数据的搜集、分析和比较为基础，将理论分析与案例研究相结合，综合运用战略工具，对我国低成本航空的发展与竞争环境进行详细分析。最后，将航空领域的战略实施提高至对我国中小企业运用该战略的建议。

Abstract

This article selects Spring Airlines as a successful example of low-cost strategy implementation. Through the use of PEST, Five Forces Model, SWOT and other strategic analysis tools, it analyzes the conditions for its implementation, and elaborates on its specific measures for the use of cost leadership strategies.. Through the analysis of the use of low-cost strategies for specific industries, the general measures applicable to the implementation of many corporate strategies are further summarized, which are important for guiding SMEs to improve their own operations and improve their profitability.

The paper mainly studies the application status of low-cost strategy in China's aviation industry. From the analysis of its application conditions to specific measures, it shows the application of low-cost strategy among Chinese SMEs.

The research results show that Spring and Autumn Airlines, as a small and medium-sized enterprise with relatively successful implementation of its low-cost strategy, has achieved good business results while also reflecting the status quo of our country's cost management and existing problems. For the small and medium-sized enterprises in China, when formulating strategies, it is necessary to clarify their own positioning. At the same time, the implementation of the strategy must be based on the status of the industry and the development of the enterprise to assess the situation. The concept of low cost is not only limited to the production process, but also combines service value chain and cost management to maintain long-term competitive advantage.

中小企业一直是我国经济发展的重要推动主体。据近几年的国家统计局数据显示，我国中小企业的数量已达到企业总数的94%，占据国家企业的绝大部分。但同时，在经济发展和全球化市场的大背景下，我们清醒地认识到，自2008年金融危机以来，国际经济的不景气严重影响了国内经济的增长，中小企业间的竞争愈发激烈，同时原材料、人工成本的增长使得其原有的成本优势受到了威胁。在产品价格差异不大的情况下，如何在低迷的市场环境下获取低成本的比较优势成为企业在现在和未来较长时间里发展的关键所在。

本文旨在以国内实施低成本战略较为成功的春秋航空公司为例，通过对案例企业具体措施的归纳与总结，结合我国中小企业发展现状，为中小企业的经营与成本管理指明方向，实现“低成本、高效益”，提高中小企业的竞争力，促进中小企业和我国经济的可持续发展。
