摘 要

随着经济发展带来的企业扩张，大型集团跨国、跨地区建立更多的分公司、子公司，业务不断扩张，组织结构也越来越复杂，因此企业活动更加需要信息的共享与互联，将每日繁重的、重复的业务集中执行标准化、精确度高的操作和核算流程。财务共享服务重新设计业务流程，使财务流程标准化，并使用半自动化信息平台协调财务业务，提高了业务处理速度和准确率，实现率降低成本、提高客户满意度的目标，从而提升企业的整体竞争力。

本文在对财务共享服务有关文献进行梳理的基础上，阐述了财务共享服务中心的相关概念和理论。通过对苏宁易购集团财务共享服务中心的深入调查，分析其资料和数据，研究苏宁易购集团建设财务共享服务中心的背景和意义，了解财务共享服务中心主要负责的业务流程，分析其在效率、成本、风险和内部控制等方面分析其运营结果，同时探究其组织结构、信息化系统、人力资源管理方面目前存在的问题，并提出了有针对性的优化。本文的研究对于国内零售企业财务共享服务中心的建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract

Daily heavy, repetitive business concentrates on standardized, highly accurate operations and accounting processes. Financial sharing services redesign business processes, standardize financial processes, and use semi-automated information platforms to coordinate financial operations, improve business processing speed and accuracy, achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction, thereby enhancing overall corporate competition force.

Based on the analysis of the literature on financial sharing services, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of financial sharing service centers. Through in-depth investigation of Suning.com Co.
