摘 要

在人工智能的背景下，企业财务转型已刻不容缓。在财务领域，人工智能逐步取代了传统模式。让财务领域发生了翻天覆地的变化，让财务人员面临新的挑战。首先，通过文献研究。其次，选取SWOT分析法和定性分析法。最后，人工智能环境下，使用这两种方法对财务转型进行研究。

本文根据企业以及企业财务人员发展现状、面临的问题以及应对策略。这对以后企业转型道路的选择有一定的参考价值。事实上，随着人工智能的迅速发展，企业及企业财务人员必将发生巨大的变化，基础财务岗位者将会被大量淘汰，不能因势转型的企业也将面临巨大危机。企业和企业财务人员必须因时而动，跟上经济发展的步伐，对各个方面进行转型适应人工智能发展需求。

Transformation under artificial Intelligence Environment

Abstract

Under the background of artificial intelligence, the financial transformation of enterprises is urgent. In the field of finance, artificial intelligence has gradually replaced the traditional model. The financial sector has undergone tremendous changes, so that financial personnel face new challenges. Firstly, through literature research. Secondly, SWOT analysis method and qualitative analysis method are selected. Finally, under the environment of artificial intelligence, we use these two methods to study financial transformation.

在改革开放以来，在人工智能方面，我们也取得了很多技术突破。人工智能已进入到各个领域。如计算机，金融业，财务管理等。人工智能的加入，给我们的生活带来翻天覆地的变化。在围棋大赛中，围棋大师李世石被人工智能AlphaGo击败。财务方面，出现“金蝶”和“德勤”两个财务智能机器人。让财务人员带来机遇和新的挑战。与传统财务人员相比，他们能快速，准确的完成目前大部分重复，标准化的财务工作。如核算，会计记账及其他相关业务。目前，财务机器人能完成重复，简单，机械的工作。但随着科技的发展，他们会逐步取代财务人员。所以，在人工智能下，财务转型成为我们当务之急。

十九大报告指出：发展制造业，建设制造强国。深度融合实体经济，人工智能，大数据和互联网。让人工智能推动实体经济发展。如今，经济高度发展。势必造成经济模式的改变。因此，经济的变化与企业的发展息息相关。企业发展与运营管理及财务管理工作紧密相连。在这种大环境下，经营模式的变化，财务人员，财务管理手段应随着人工智能，逐步完善改进。让企业搭上人工智能化这趟列车，飞速发展。
