摘 要

本文写作目的是研究目前上市的煤炭行业企业的环境披露信息存在的问题，并根据问题给出建议。研究的样本为2018年的22家企业，采用内容分析法，在2018年相关数据的基础上分析环境会计信息披露现状，得出了我国现存的煤炭行业的信息披露存在的问题如下：（1）煤炭上市公司年报中普遍对于环保政策、环保理念、以及环保投资的信息披露较为完整；（2）大部分的企业都对排污、绿化费，环保拨款与补贴以及环境荣誉与奖励进行了披露；（3）披露的信息符合国家对环境指标的要求；（4）定性信息为主，定量信息披露不够，整体环境会计信息披露不够全面。基于此，笔者根据剖析现存问题，所提出的建议是：加强法律法规的完善与制定、建立相关的审计机制、统一信息披露形式、增强相应部门的监督力度，唤醒企业和社会的环保意识。

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the problems of environmental disclosure information of listed companies in the coal industry currently listed, and give suggestions based on the problems. Taking 22 coal industry companies as the analysis object, the content analysis method was used to analyze the status quo of environmental accounting information disclosure based on 2018 related data. The problems that exist in the information disclosure are as follows: (1) The annual report of coal listed companies generally has a high level of information disclosure on environmental protection policies, environmental protection concepts and environmental protection investments.(2) More than 50% of enterprises publish environmental protection grants and subsidies, environmental honors and rewards, sewage charges and greening fees. (3) Disclosure of information in line with national requirements for environmental indicators.(4)Quantitative information disclosure is not enough, and overall environmental accounting information is not comprehensive enough. Based on this, this paper proposes the following suggestions: standardizing laws and regulations for environmental information disclosure, standardizing environmental accounting information disclosure report forms, establishing a sound environmental audit system, strengthening supervision and disclosure of environmental accounting information disclosure, and awakening Environmental awareness of business and society.
