摘 要

由于传统的财务会计已经不足以支撑企业的管理需求，为实现企业的可持续发展，引入业财融合思想将是企业进行成本管控的关键。本文采用文献查阅和案例分析等方法，首先对业财融合的相关理论进行阐述，并以ZX公司为切入点展开论述，结合公司概述和内外环境等因素，探讨了企业进行业财融合的必要性和优势，并对ZX公司的业财融合应用的效益情况进行分析，总结出企业存在的一系列问题。通过认识这些问题，结合通讯行业的具体情况，完成了基于业财融合的成本管控体系的建立，最后将其应用于ZX公司，希望企业存在的问题能够得到缓解。本文期望通过对ZX公司业财融合情况的分析，以及对通讯行业的成本管控体系的完善，能够为通讯行业内一部分企业的业财融合提供借鉴作用，也为这些企业的成本管控机制的优化提供一些参考。

Abstract

Because the traditional financial accounting is not enough to support the management needs of companies, in order to realize the sustainable development of companies, the idea of business and financial integration will be the key to the cost control of companies. This paper adopts the methods of literature review and case analysis. Firstly, the theory of business and financial integration is elaborated, and ZX company is taken as the starting point to carry out the discussion. This paper discusses the necessity and advantages of business and financial integration in the company by combining the company overview and internal and external environment. It also analyzes the benefits of ZX company's business and financial integration application, and summarizes a series of problems existing in the company. Through recognizing these problems, this paper completes the establishment of a cost control system based on business and financial integration in combination with the specific situation of the communication industry. Finally, it is applied to ZX company, hoping that the existing problems of the company can be alleviated. This paper is expected to analyze the business and financial integration of ZX company and improve the cost control system of the communication industry. It can provide reference for the business and financial integration of some companies in the communication industry, and also provide some references for the optimization of the cost control mechanism of companies.

1.1 研究的目的与意义

1.1.1 研究目的

长期以来，部分人认为成本管控的关键在于财务部门，但是财务部门只是通过对财务数据的核算和分析来管理成本，忽略了业务部门才是成本管控的源头，由于财务人员缺乏对业务流程的了解，出具的各项成本预算报表对业务部门的实际作用不大，长此以往导致业务人员开始不关注财务部门出具的数据，两者之间形成沟通不畅的屏障。在经济日益发展的今天，企业的财务管理与基础业务之间的联系应该越来越深，对于业务部门的成本管控要求越来越高，传统的财务会计已经无法满足企业对于成本管控的需求，因此引入业财融合理念将成为企业管控的新方向。本文的研究目的是通过对国内外现状的解读了解业财融合的发展现状，同时对业财融合理论的概念、必要性、意义等进行梳理，充分理解业财融合理念。然后选择ZX公司进行案例分析，探究其如何借助内部环境和外部环境的优势进行业财融合思想的一系列变革，分析其在应用业财融合情况下的利弊，针对企业存在的问题建立有效的成本管控体系，希望能够使ZX公司的问题得到缓解。
