摘 要

当前，世界正处于大发展大变革大调整时期，经济全球化深入发展，各国相互联系和依存日益加深。中国海外投资企业面临的风险挑战也愈加复杂。更为严重的是，我国企业海外投资经验不足，有关保护手段和能力亟待加强，企业风险防范意识不足，企业海外投资面临较大风险。

为进一步分析企业海外投资的风险形成，本文从企业投资的外部环境出发对企业海外投资过程中的利益主体进行了分析，找出企业面临的主要投资风险以及风险中影响风险演化的关键要素，以此为各利益主体间的博弈焦点，借助演化博弈理论构建了企业-银行、企业-中国政府、企业-东道国政府三个演化博弈模型，通过将风险演化过程中的关键变量融入到博弈模型中，更加直观的展现了风险演化的过程。

本文的创新点在从企业投资的政治环境和金融环境出发，结合演化博弈理论，分析了企业海外投资的风险形成机理。

Abstract

At present, the world is in a period of major development, major changes, and major adjustments. Economic globalization has developed in depth, and each country has become more interconnected and more dependent on each other. The risks and challenges faced by Chinese overseas investment companies have also become more complex. What is more serious is that China’s overseas investment experience of companies is insufficient, and related protection methods and capabilities need to be strengthened. The awareness of corporate risk prevention is insufficient, and overseas investment of companies faces greater risks.

In order to further analyze the risk formation of overseas investment of enterprises, this paper analyzes the main interests of the companies in the process of overseas investment from the external environment of companies investment, and identifies the key investment risks facing the companies and the key factors that influence the evolution of risk in the venture. This is the game focus among various stakeholders. With the help of evolutionary game theory, three evolutionary game models have been constructed: companies-banking, companies -government, and companies -host government. The key variables in the process of risk evolution have been integrated into the game model. The use of simulation software more intuitively demonstrates the evolution of risk.

The innovation of this paper starts from the political environment and financial environment of corporate investment, and combines evolutionary game theory to analyze the risk formation mechanism of companies overseas investment.
