摘 要

“创新工作方法，提升党建水平”这一新时代党的建设的总体要求与重点工作任务被党中央高度重视并多次强调。在高校党建工作中，大学生党支部建设工作作为高校党建工作的重要内容，一直被广泛研究和关注。当前大学生成长发展面临环境复杂多变，信息化快速发展与多元文化冲击对大学生党员培养工作也带来巨大挑战，当前学生党支部建设工作中不同程度地存在制度建设不完善、工作理念落后、工作载体单一等问题，无法切实满足学生党员发展需要。高校治理理论是当前公认为适应高校发展和社会发展需要的先进理论，强调在高校治理中治理主体多元化，多方治理主体共同参与，构造全方位、立体式、动态化、信息化的富有创新性的治理方式，构建发展自由、回应灵活、行政有效的良好教育生态。本研究针对学生党员开展问卷调查，总结当前学生党支部建设中存在的问题，结合高校治理理论从推动党支部治理标准化建设、构建多元化党支部建设主体、增强对学生党员需求的回应性、运用多样化党员教育手段四个方面探索高校学生党支部建设工作创新路径。

Abstract

The overall requirements and key tasks of party building in the new era of "innovating working methods and improving party building level"have been highly valued and emphasized by the party central committee for many times. As an important part of he party construction in colleges and universities, the party branch construction of college students has been widely studied and concerned. The current development of college students growth environment is complicated, informatization rapid development and pluralistic culture shock to also bring huge challenges to cultivate the university student party members in different degrees exist in current construction of students' party branch work backward system construction is not perfect, work work carrier single, unable to effectively meet the needs of the development of student party members. University governance heory is currently accepted, in order to meet the need of college development and the social development of the advanced theory.on of governance in the university governance, governance main body participation, construct an all-round and integrated, dynamic, information-based innovative way of governance, build free, flexible response, good administrative effective education ecology. In view of the student party members to carry out the questionnaire survey, this study summarizes the problems existing in the current students party branc construction, combining the theory of university governance from standardization, diversification of building party branch construction main body, strengthen the response to the demand of student of diversification of party memb ducation from four aspects to explore the construction of university students party branch work innovation path
