摘 要

随着全球经济的不断发展，并且在竞争日趋激烈的情况下，知识经济的发展迅速崛起。在全球资源条件有限的情况下各个国家面临一个相当严肃的问题，如何实现经济社会的持续发展。从知识的全球化视角来看，不论是发达国家还是发展中国家都十分重视和鼓励知识产权的运用和保护，因此知识产权密集型产业的发展也不可小觑。然而知识产权密集型产业的贡献度是本文所要抓住的重点，所以本文对其贡献度进行研究。

本文首先根据国内外的研究方法进行分析，国外的研究是侧重于经济分析，国内的现状分析借鉴国外的分析并且根据本文结合江苏省的自身的发展状况进行分析。奠定知识产权密集型产业贡献度理论基础，对其相关概念和产业界定。其次，论述江苏省知识产权密集型产业贡献度作用机理，强调知识生产力作用和价值实现过程。再次，建立江苏省知识产权密集型产业贡献度评价体系，对其贡献度进行筛选，运用统计方法对就业、产值、贸易进行探讨。最后，根据运用统计分析的方法对江苏省知识产权密集型产业贡献度实证分析，并就实证分析结果进行总结。提出提高江苏省知识产权密集型产业的贡献度的对策。

Study On the Contribution of Intellectual Property Intensive Industries in JiangsSu Province

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of global economy, and in the increasingly fierce competition in the case, the rapid rise of knowledge economy development. In the case of limited global resources countries facing a very serious problem, how to realize the sustainable development of social economy. From the perspective of globalization of knowledge, both developed countries and developing countries have attached great importance to and encourage the use of intellectual property rights and protection, so the development of intensive intellectual property is to be reckoned with. However, intensive intellectual property contribution is the key point of this article are to seize, so in this paper, its contribution to research.

This paper based on the research methods at home and abroad were analyzed, and the foreign research is focus on the economic analysis, analysis of the status of the analysis of draw lessons from foreign and domestic, according to this paper's own development situation of jiangsu province are analyzed. Intensive intellectual property contribution theory basis, the definition of related concept definition of labor-intensive industries and intellectual property rights. Second, the intellectual property rights in intellectual property intensive industry in jiangsu province contribution mechanism, emphasis on the role of knowledge productivity and the realization of knowledge value. Again, the establishment of intellectual property in jiangsu province intensive industry contribution evaluation system, intensive industry contribution to filter of intellectual property rights, using the statistical method to obtain employment, production and trade are analyzed. Finally, according to the statistical analysis method is used to intensive intellectual property contribution of jiangsu province empirical analysis, and the empirical analysis results are summarized. Put forward's contribution to the improvement of the intellectual property intensive industry in jiangsu province countermeasures.

1.1研究背景

对于知识产权的研究，早在国外就有许多先进案例。并且在2012年美国商务部并专利商标局发布了有关知识产权对美国经济影响的调查报告，该报告就是《知识产权和美国经济：聚焦产业》。该详细阐述了知识产权密集型产业定义，并且阐述了知识产权对经济的贡献。它从知识产权密集型方面进行展开，能够作为知识产权对经济贡献支撑^[1]。国家关于知识产权的政策和法律的颁布，20世纪80年代以来，我国越来越重视知识产权的影响力，产权知识产权作为一项重要的无形资产逐步在国家、地方发挥着重要作用^[2]。
