摘 要

本课题来源于“基于物联网的知识产权交易协同运营中心框架设计和建设途径研究”(南工合(2013)099号)和“基于物联网知识产权交易协同运营中心研发”(南京工业大学大学生创新与实验开放基金项目)，受江苏省南京市鼓楼区知识产权交易协同运营中心委托，为技术创新平台的建设提供理论、方法和技术预研。

论文通过对知识产权法务代理平台发展现状以及未来发展趋势的分析，总结出知识产权法务代理平台的竞争优势以及给用户申请专利带来的便利，同时也归纳了知识产权法务代理平台在实际使用中出现的一些问题。通过对该知识产权法务代理平台进行需求分析，确定了该系统的整体目标和子模块的功能实现。论文使用UML作为建模手段，结合面向对象的分析与设计思想，对系统的整个建模过程进行详细分析并提出了一个可行的系统模型。通过运用用例图、活动图分析了知识产权法务代理系统各个子模块的功能需求，综合运用了活动图以及顺序图对该系统各功能模块进行了理论研究和设计。

在实现技术上，利用ASP和HTML构建知识产权法务代理系统的结构和界面，同时嵌入了较为常用的VB Script脚本语言；利用Access数据库建立了知识产权法务代理系统的后台数据源，使用ADO技术实现连接和访问知识产权法务代理系统中的数据库。根据知识产权法务代理系统的操作流程，对网站的具体运作形式作了具体说明。

本文以知识产权交易平台中的法务代理为对象，通过对国内外的知识产权平台现有的产权交易流程、相关法务代理技术以及智能搜索系统的研究和分析，针对国内知识产权运营的基本策略，为目前的法务代理提供技术性支持和可行性的参考。使得法务代理模块能够顺利的完成代理机构维护、法律诉讼文案展示、需求表示、法律咨询服务、律师代理人搜索对接等功能。通过综合运用以上技术手段，本文实现了一个知识产权法务代理系统的基本功能框架，并期望最终能够良好的嵌入到知识产权交易协同运营平台，为知识产权的需求者提供准确的法务代理咨询服务。

Development of Intellectual Property Rights Trading Cooperation Center Agent Supermarket Module

Abstract

This topic comes from "the framework design and construction way research of collaborative knowledge property right transaction operation center based on the Internet of things" (Plan of Nanjing University of Technology (2013) No. 099) and "intellectual property rights trading cooperation center Ramp;D based on the Internet of things" (college students' innovation and experiment in open fund project of Nanjing University of Technology) Deputed by knowledge property rights trading cooperation center of Gulou District in Nanjing, Jiangsu, we attempt to offer the theory, method and technology research for the construction of technological innovation platform.

By analyzing the intellectual property legal agent platform of current situation and future development trends, the intellectual property legal agent platform competition advantages and convenience to the user to apply for a patent are summarized. A number of problems existing in the actual application process of the agent platform is also summed up. Through analysis of demand of the intellectual property legal agent platform, the overall goal and each module function goal of the system are determined. Using UML as a modeling method, combining with the object-oriented analysis and design thought, minute research of the modeling process of the system is done and a feasible model of the system is put forward . The use case diagram, activity diagram are accepted to analyze the function demand of the system in each module. The activity diagram and sequence diagram are integrated used to do the logic design of each function module.

In the realization of technology, structure and interface of the agent system are realized by ASP and HTML, also including VB scripts. Access tool is used as a data source of the system. The system on the security of the database connection and access is realized by using ADO technology. According to the operation process of system, the specific operation on site are introduced in detail.

Based on the legal agent of intellectual property rights trading platform as the target, by means of the study and analysis of property transaction process, the existing relevant legal agent technology and smart search system of intellectual property platform at home and abroad, targeting at the basic strategy of intellectual property operation inland, technical assistance and feasible reference for legal agent are provided. The legal agent system can fulfill the agency maintenance, official dispatch show, demand display, legal consult services, attorney search docking and so on. The expected good should be embedded into the intellectual property rights trading cooperation platform, offering accurate service of legal agent consultation for demander of intellectual property rights.
