知识产权交易协同运营中心专家评估模块研发毕业论文

摘 要

该选题来源于“基于物联网的知识产权交易协同运营中心框架设计和建设途径研究”(南工合(2013)099号)和“基于物联网知识产权交易协同运营中心研发”(南京工业大学大学生创新与实验开放基金项目)其中的一个子模块的研发。课程研究成果主要是为了满足江苏省南京市鼓楼区知识产权交易协同运营中心专家评估模块的需要。研究重点在于了解网上专家评估系统的基本结构与主要流程,为技术创新平台的建设提供理论、方法和技术预研,完成网上专家评估模块的设计与开发。

本编论文主要对国内外专家评估系统的目前状况、分类以及未来发展趋势的分析,总结出网上专家评估系统一系列的优势以及网上评估带给顾客的便利、公正与公平交易,同时也梳理归纳了网上专家评估系统在实际应用过程中一些问题。通过对知识产权交易协同运营中心专家评估模块进行需求分析,确定了该网上专家评估系统的总体目标和各个模块功能目标。以UML作为建模手段,结合面向对象的分析与设计思想,对系统进行建模。详细分析建模过程,提出了一个网上专家评估系统的模型。通过运用用例图、活动图分析了网上专家评估系统各个子模块的功能需求,综合运用了活动图以及顺序图对该系统各个功能模块进行了逻辑设计。

在评估系统的实现技术上,本系统利用ASP.NET和HTML技术来搭建网上专家评估系统的程序结构和用户界面,同时嵌入较为常用的JavaScript和C#语言,利用SQL Server 2008数据库建立网上专家评估系统的后台数据源,利用ADO技术实现网上专家评估系统中对数据库的安全连接与访问。针对网上专家评估系统的在线实现流程,对系统的具体运作形式做出了详细得说明。

通过综合运用以上的技术手段,本文实现了一个网上专家评估系统的基本功能框架,基本上满足了知识产权交易协同运营中心在线专家评估模块的需求,在线交流流程与通知流程得到了一些改进,后台管理模块也基本上达到了需求。通过该系统,平台可将专家信息存放到后台数据库,顾客便可以通过网上专家评估系统查阅专家信息、挑选合适的专家进行评估,同时也可以在该网上专家评估系统里与专家进行一对一的交流与讨论,达到自己真正想要的一个评估结果。

Internet的迅猛发展,造成了动态交互式网页的广泛应用,本文以“搜集整理各个地区的专家人才信息,打造一个具有良好体验的人机交互界面的平台,方便用户管理,为对专家人才信息有需要的单位或者个人提供一个方便、快捷、更新迅速的专家人才库查询平台”为目标,对网上专家评估系统各个模块功能进行了详细的分析与设计,从知识产权交易协同平台的整个流程出发,结合现有实际情况,根据知识产权交易协同运营平台的实际需求,规划设计实用性专家评估模块。同时,了解未来网络专家评估系统的发展趋势和整个知识产权交易运营中心系统的发展趋势,智能化的专家评估系统将成为潮流,更人性化、更智能化、更一体化。

The Developing of Expert Assessment System

for Intellectual Property Trading Operation Center

Abstract

The topic comes from one sub-module of "The frame design and construction way research of Intellectual property trading operation center based on Web of things" (South Gung Ho (2013) No. 099) and "The research and development of Intellectual property trading operation center based on Web of things"(Nanjing university of technology students' innovation and experiment open fund project).The results of this research is mainly to meet the needs of expert assessment module of the Gulou District of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, Intellectual property trading operation center. The research focused on understanding the structure of the online expert assessment system, as well as to provide theory, methods and technical predictions for technology innovation platform. Another goal is to complete the design and development of online expert assessment system.

Through analysis of the expert system’s present situation, its classification and future trends at home and abroad, this paper summed up a series of advantages of online experts assessment system and the convenience, justice and fair trade for customers brought by online assessment. At the same time, it also summed up some problems and disadvantages. Through the needs analysis of Intellectual property trading operation center’s expert assessment system, the paper aims to determine the overall goal and each module goals of the online expert assessment system. With UML as the modeling approach, combined with object-oriented analysis and design, the system is modeled. By using the use case diagram, activity diagram analysis is used to analyze the needs of the online expert assessment system for each sub-module, then the activity diagram and sequence diagram are integrated to design the various functional modules of the system.

By using the implementation technology, ASP.NET and HTML is used to build online expert assessment system’s program structure and user interface. After embedded with JavaScript and C # language, SQL Server 2008 database is used to establish online expert assessment system’s background data sources. ADO technology is applied to achieve connection with the database safely. For online expert assessment system’s implementation process, this paper makes a detailed description about the specific form of operation of the system.

Through the integrated use of the above techniques, this paper achieves a basic function structure of online expert assessment system. It also basically meets the needs of intellectual property trading operation center’s online expert assessment system, realizes online communication and notification processes and at the same time does some improvements. The background management module is also basically achieved. Through this system, the platform can store the information of experts in the background database, the customer will be able to view the information of experts through online system and choose the right expert. At the same time, they can also make one-on-one communication with expert,in order to achieve the evaluation result they really want.

With the rapid development of the Internet, and the widely use of interactive web pages, this paper aims at “collecting the information of experts in all areas, developing a platform with good man-machine interface, being convenient for user management, providing a convenient, fast, quick updating experts database search platform for everybody ”. Starting from the whole process of intellectual property trading collaborative platform, combined with the current actual case, and adjusting according to the actual needs, planning, the practical expert assessment module is designed. At the same time, through understanding the development trend of the online expert assessment system and the entire system of intellectual property rights trading operations center, intelligent expert assessment system will become a trend, with more humane, higher intelligence and more integrative levels.
