摘 要
作为重要的经济实体,外资企业对我国的经济增长具有关键的影响。但因自身特点和外部环境的变化,外资企业在发展过程中遇到了一些问题,其中一个重要方面表现在人力资源上。由于我国本土人力资源成本的上升,外资企业需要通过提升现有员工的素质和能力,获得企业的持续发展。作为员工提升的重要一环,培训显得举足轻重,这也是外资企业人力资源保值增值的重要途径。外资企业要想在激烈的竞争中获得生存与发展,就必须解决培训过程中的各种问题,提升企业人员培训的有效性。
本论文以外资企业M公司为例进行研究。由于M公司人员培训内容涉及点较多,也为了提升课题研究深度,故本论文主要从企业内部培训实施者、受训者两大维度入手。根据M公司人员培训的现状,结合培训的相关知识,对其在培训上出现的不足进行问题研究。同时,就问题提出解决对策,帮助优化M公司的人员培训。希望本论文的研究成果对外资企业在人员培训方面具有一定的借鉴意义。

Training Problems and Countermeasures of the Foreign Capital Enterprise
Abstract
As an independent entity, foreign-owned enterprises have significant effect on the economic development and social progress. However, due to its special features and the change of external environment, the foreign-owned enterprise faces some problems during the development process, one of the important aspects of which is the human resource in enterprises. Due to the current stage of China's domestic human resources costs rise, the foreign-owned enterprise must keep sustainable development by improving the overall quality and competence of existing staff. And as an important part of the promotion of employees, the personnel training is a key method to maintain and improve the value of human resources of the foreign-owned enterprise. In order to survive and develop in such fierce competition, the foreign-owned enterprise must resolve all kinds of problems emerged in the training process, and make the training more efficient.
This paper carries out the research about company M that is a foreign-owned enterprise. As the company M personnel training content involves more points, but also need to enhance the depth of research topics, so this paper mainly start to analyze from the internal training practitioners and trainees. According to the status of company M personnel training, combined with the training of relevant knowledge, the lack of training in the problem of research. At the same time, to solve the problem to help solve the personnel training of company M. It is hoped that the results of this paper will be of reference for foreign-owned enterprises in personnel training.
