摘 要

最近这几年，我国经济迅速的发展，与此同时物流行业也飞快崛起，而包装作为物流行业中一个非常重要的环节，对快递行业有一定影响。如何进行正确合理化的物流包装，解决包装过程中遇到的一系列问题，这就显得尤为重要。

包装最根本的目的就是为了方便和保护商品以及商品在运输传递,装卸搬运,以及收发货等作业可以更加的便捷操作,还有包装可以保证产品在运输过程中不受损坏，起到很好地保护作用。简单的来说，实际上包装是把一些物品按照需要的数量，最后再把商品按照再一次的包装成一定数量。还有就是也可以对物品包装进行以下操作：加强固定、重装和分装。简单来说，包装的目的是保护商品。包装既是生产的终结点同样也是物流的起点。

本文主要一开始通过对目前国内外关于物流包装相关文献进行归纳总结，然后再通过问卷调查进行分析，总结出目前快递物流包装存在的一些共性问题：过度包装，包装不环保，快递包装不便于回收，物流包装没有统一的标准和规范的操作流程。然后再以物流D公司为具体案例进行分析，分析出D公司目前包装存在的问题，从管理问题、技术问题以及运营问题这三个方面进行分析总结。接下来再从这三个角度提出相对应的解决措施。本文最后提出D物流公司未来包装的可能发展趋势。

研究方法主要是参考文献法和问卷调查法进行分析，然后再进行具体案例分析。最终得出了物流包装行业的问题以及D物流公司包装在管理、技术以及运营这三个方向的问题，并提出了相应的解决措施。

ABSTRACT

China's economy have developed in recent years, at the same time, the logistics industry is also rising rapidly. Packaging as a logistics industry is a very important link. Packaging has a certain impact on the express industry.How to carry on the correct rationalization the logistics packing, solves in the packing process a series of problems, this appears particularly important.

The most fundamental purpose of packaging is to facilitate and protect commodities. Commodities can be operated more conveniently in transportation, loading and unloading, handling, receiving and delivering, etc., and packaging can ensure that products are not damaged in the process of transportation, playing a good role in protection.To put it simply, packaging actually means to pack some items according to the required quantity, and finally pack the goods into a certain quantity according to the re-packaging. In addition, the following operations can also be carried out on the packaging of items: strengthening fixation, repackaging and sub-packaging.In short, the purpose of packing is to protect the goods.Packaging is both the end point of production and the starting point of logistics.

At the beginning of this paper, relevant literature on logistics packaging at home and abroad is summarized and then through the questionnaire survey analysis, summed up some common problems existing in current express logistics packaging: excessive packaging, packaging not environmental protection, the express package not easy recycling, logistics packaging no unified standards and standard operating procedures.Then, taking logistics company D as a specific case for analysis, it analyzes the existing problems in packaging of company D, and makes analysis and summary from the three aspects of management problems, technical problems and operational problems.Then the corresponding solutions are proposed from the three perspectives.At last, this paper puts forward the possible development trend of packaging in D logistics company.

The research methods are mainly literature review and questionnaire survey, and then from general to specific case analysis.Finally, the problems in the logistics and packaging industry and the problems in the management, technology and operation of D logistics company's packaging are obtained, and the solutions are proposed.
