摘 要

随着时代不断变化，人们出行可选择的交通工具种类也越来越多，而飞机成为了人们在长途出行方式上的首要选择，飞机票的需求量也越来越大，机票管理业务越来越繁重。为了提高机票管理业务的效率，给用户提供方便快捷的订票体验，设计机票预售系统，利用计算机的信息处理能力替代人工管理方法是件迫在眉睫的事情。

本文通过对现在市面上存在的机票销售系统进行分析，提出机票预售系统的设计框架。机票预售系统的设计主要采用MVC模式，这种多层结构的模式能使系统更易于扩充和维护。 本系统采用的开发语言为Java语言，它具有简单、可移植的性能，现在是web应用开发最常用的语言。系统后台数据库使用MySQL数据库，它反应快，功能齐全，性能稳定，十分适合开发小型系统。

为了切实提高机票订票和管理的效率，在设计与实现机票预订系统的过程中，系统在功能上主要实现了机票查询，机票预定，机票管理，订单管理，用户管理等功能，将用户查询机票、订购机票、退订机票、管理员管理航班信息、订单信息等操作集成在一个系统上，实现电子化流程的处理，为用户提供便利。

本系统能在满足系统用户的基本需求的基础上，具有相对较好的稳定性，能切实提升订票操作及机票管理的效率。

Abstract

With the continuous changes of the times, there are more and more kinds of transportation tools that people can choose to travel, and airplanes have become the first choice in the long-distance travel mode, the demand for air tickets is growing, and the air ticket management business is becoming more and more heavy. In order to improve the efficiency of air ticket management business, provide users with convenient and fast booking experience, design air ticket pre-sale system, and use the information processing ability of computer to replace the manual management method is an urgent matter.

In this paper, through the analysis of the existing air ticket sales system on the market, the design framework of the air ticket pre-sale system is proposed. The design of air ticket pre-sale system mainly adopts MVC mode, which can make the system more easy to expand and maintain. The development language of this system is Java, which has simple and portable performance. Now it is the most commonly used language for web application development. Mysql database is adopted as the system background database, which has fast response, complete functions and stable performance, and is very suitable for developing small systems.

In order to effectively improve the efficiency of ticket booking and management, during the design and implementation of the air ticket reservation system, the system mainly realizes the functions of ticket query, ticket booking, ticket management, order management, user management, etc., integrating the user's query, order, unsubscribe, administrator's management of flight information, order information and other operations into one system To realize the processing of electronic process and provide convenience for users.

The system can meet the basic needs of system users, has relatively good stability, and can effectively improve the efficiency of ticket booking operation and ticket management.

随着时代不断变化，人们的出行选择的交通工具也在不断发生变化，航空出行因为其速度快、搭乘方便、舒适安全等原因成为了人们在长距离出行时的首要选择。现在人们在面对长途出行的工具选择时，很多人会选择飞机这种交通工具，国内的航班管理方式也在发生变化。目前我国航空公司已经部分实现了航空管理业务的电子化，这一举措大大节约了航空公司的管理成本，同时也为广大的消费者提供了便捷、高效的服务。

近年来计算机信息系统迅速发展，传统机票业务的管理模式已经不能适应越来越庞大的管理需求，因此采用信息化的管理模式已成为了各种业务管理的必然选择。如今各大航空公司以基本实现了机票业务的电子管理，这大大缩减了各航空公司在机票管理方面投入的管理成本，同时也取消了售票网点建设。用户也能更加便捷、快速的买到自己想要的机票，不必耗费大量的时间前往销售点购买机票，用户对自己行程的规划也具有更大的弹性。但机票业务电子化是基于互联网技术的一种新的销售模式，他的产生与发展必然会受到信息技术、互联网普及以及网上支付技术等许多方面的限制。对于传统的纸质机票而言，电子机票的出现无疑是一种前所未有的改变，然而，电子机票在具体实行方面仍然会遇到很多问题。
