摘 要

在高等教育已经普及的今天，大学生面临着前所未有的就业压力。如何提升大学生的就业竞争力，提升大学生的综合素质成为社会各界关注的重点。在这一背景下，大学生职业生涯规划理论逐渐得到许多学者的重视。对大学生进行职业生涯规划，能够提升大学生的个人竞争力、促进高校健康发展、推动社会繁荣发展。

本文首先根据目前国内外高校大学生职业生涯规划的理论研究，对大学生职业生涯规划的理论与发展现状进行了综述；其次通过问卷调查等方法分析大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题和影响因素；最后从学校和大学生自身两个角度提出具体的解决措施。旨在对大学生职业生涯规划有进一步的认识，同时能引导、促进大学生职业生涯规划的发展。

The investigation and analysis of college students’ future career planning

ABSTRACT

Today, higher education has been more and more popular, and college students are facing unprecedented employment pressure. How to improve college students' employment competitiveness, improving the comprehensive quality of college students become the focus of the attention from all walks of life. In this background, the college students' career planning theory gets everybody's attention gradually. It is of great significance to conduct college students' career planning, because it can promote college students' personal competitiveness, promote the healthy development of colleges and universities, and promote social prosperity and development.

In this paper, firstly, according to the article, the article summarizes the theory and development status on college students' career planning. Secondly through questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the problems of college students' career planning and influencing factors. Finally through the influence factors of college students' career planning, from the angles of college students themselves and the school, the article put forward the feasibility of the concrete solutions. The research of this paper made with further knowledge on college students' career planning, at the same time it can guide and promote the development of college students' career planning.

第一章 绪论

随着就业制度的改革和高校招生规模的扩大，职业生涯规划的重要性日益凸显。但是目前很多大学生对这一理念并不是很熟悉和重视，为了让这一现象得到充分的解决，本文旨在通过问卷调查的方式，找出职业生涯规划中存在的问题、影响因素，并提出有效的建议。

1.1 研究背景

二十世纪九十年代末期，我国高等教育发展平稳，发展速度加快，在这个环境下，我国推行出一定的政策来支持高校的发展。随着教育制度的改革，各大高校推行了扩大招生这一政策，由此普及了高等教育。近年来我国普通高校毕业生人数越来越多，根据国家教育部门统计的数据，2009年我国高校毕业生有611万，2010年630万，2011年660万，2012年680万，2013年699万，预计今年（2014年）毕业生多达727万。随着大学生队伍的越来越庞大，大学生再也不是“稀有人物”，以前大学生毕业时的就业分配工作制度已经不复存在，现在的大学生面临的是激烈的市场竞争，众多大学生涌入市场，但社会的就业岗位没有同步增长，就业的供给市场已达到饱和状态，有些岗位根本不缺人才，导致很多毕业生很难找到工作。因此大学生毕业后无法立即就业，面临“一毕业即失业”的尴尬境地，毕业生失业人数逐年递增。
