摘 要

自改革开放以来,民营企业家的队伍在市场经济的背景之下逐渐成长,成为了新时代的弄潮儿。对于发展至今的民营企业而言,一些问题尤为凸显,例如在员工培训时,企业并没有将员工视为合作伙伴,只视其为打工者,劳动力。在这种大背景下,无论是企业还是员工都忽视培训的重要性,这为民营企业试图打破传统的运营方式带来了阻碍。员工培训作为现代企业的一个重点,针对此研究的文章也是数不胜数。当然,有前瞻性的企业对于这个问题也是加强重视。因此,对民营企业员工培训的研究,已经成为了现今社会所不能回避的一个课题。

本篇论文主要是以民营企业和员工培训的相关理论为基础,选取民营企业A作为个案,结合参考文献进行研究。首先对民营企业A目前的员工培训的现状进行了解和分析,然后在这个基础上找出选取个案企业A在员工培训过程中的优势以及出现的一些问题,并逐一分析出现这些问题的原因究竟是什么,结合问题,通过整合给出自己的一些建议。

Research on Staff Training of Private Enterprise A

Abstract

Since China's reform and opening up, the rapid rise of economic development, for China's employment and to meet people's needs to make contribution, in the background of the market economy private entrepreneurs gradually grow up, and become a new era of beach-goers. For the development of private enterprises so far, some problems are particularly prominent, such as staff training which the enterprise did not regard employees as partners, only as a migrant workers, labor force.So both enterprises and employees ignore the importance of training, which for private enterprises trying to break the traditional mode of operation has brought obstacles. With the development of society, business competition in the end is the talent aspects of competition, the overall quality of staff competition, the importance of strengthening the training of employees has been no doubt.Therefore, the research on the training of employees in private enterprises has become a subject that can not be avoided by the present society.

This paper is mainly based on the relevant theories of private enterprise and staff training, and chooses private enterprise A as a case study, combined with reference literature.First of all, private enterprises A current staff training to understand and analyze the status ,and then on this basis to find out the case of enterprise A in the staff training process advantages and the emergence of some problems, and one by one to analyze the reasons for the emergence of these problems, and finally, in view of these problems, with reference to some literature review, combined with their own thinking put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
