摘 要

对于机场而言，保证航空安全是他们的首要任务。由于航空的不安全事件近两年来时有发生，航空安全管理系统的研究越来越受到学者们的关注。但我国学者对安全绩效影响因素的研究停留在安全氛围、安全文化、安全态度等方面，较少有学者研究人的行为与安全绩效的关系。

本文以机场工作人员作为研究对象，分析偏离行为对安全绩效的影响。通过参考成熟的量表并结合机场的实际情况，设计机场工作人员偏离行为对安全绩效的影响研究调查问卷。根据理论及数据，对机场工作人员偏离行为与安全绩效关系进行研究假设，并采用结构方程模型AMOS 17.0软件进行数据分析验证研究假设，帮助机场找到偏离行为对安全绩效的影响，并提出相应对策，通过减少偏离行为的产生，从而提高个人的安全绩效及机场整体的安全绩效。通过实证研究，表明员工偏离行为量表和安全绩效量表均具有较高的信效度，机场工作人员偏离行为对安全绩效具有显著负向影响作用。

Abstract

For airports, ensuring aviation safety is their top priority. Nearly with aviation unsafe events happening,scholars pay more attention to the study of aviation safety management system.But the research on the influence factors of safety performance in our country stays in the safe atmosphere, safety culture, safety attitudes and so on,for employee behavior on the safety performance less studied.

This thesis analyzes the influence of the deviance behavior on the safety performance, which makes airport staff as the research object. By referring to the mature scale and combining with the actual situation of the airport, the questionnaire on the influence of the deviance behavior on the safety performance is designed. According to the theory and data, on the airport staff deviance behavior and safety performance research assumption is made out.And structural equation model AMOS 17.0 software is used for data analysis to verify the research hypotheses.Helping the airports to find out the effect of deviance behavior on safety performance, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.By reducing the deviance behavior we can enhance personal safety performance and the company's overall safety performance. Through the empirical study, it shows that the employee deviance behavior scale and the safety performance scale have high reliability and validity, and the deviance behavior of airport staff has a significant negative impact on safety performance.

近年来航空业发展态势较为迅猛，目前的运输量和飞机数量均保持良好的势头增长。但机场的一些不安全行为往往会导致航空的不安全事件、事故征候甚至重大飞行事故的发生。对于机场而言，保证航空安全是他们的首要任务，在此背景之下，机场管理者必须采取更有效的方法降低航空不安全事件的发生率。安全绩效管理作为安全管理系统的重要内容之一，能保障安全管理体系建设趋于完善。

相关研究表明，企业的安全结果会在一定程度上受员工不安全行为的影响。偏离行为作为不安全行为的一部分，应受到企业管理人员的足够重视。机场工作人员作为一种正式的群体，其自身主观行为是航空安全风险的重要来源之一。因此本研究对机场工作人员的偏离行为与安全绩效的关系进行探讨，构建机场工作人员偏离行为与安全绩效的理论模型，以期达到以下目标：帮助机场找到机场工作人员偏离行为对安全绩效的影响，并采取相应的应对措施，从而持续提高机场的安全水平。
