东风A60乘用车电制动系统控制系统设计及研究毕业论文

摘 要
世界经济和技术在快速的发展,这也带动了许许多多的产业发展,汽车工业就是其中的一项。汽车产业对于现在的社会十分重要,许多的行业都和汽车工业有关,比如说人们的旅游、上班、物流等。当前我国的汽车工业也在快速的发展,在汽车销量方面,我国排名全球第一位。由于现在汽车数量急剧增长,城市交通变得越来越拥堵,尤其是上下班高峰时期的道路拥堵已经成为困扰司机师傅的第一大难题。如此多的汽车数量也在很大程度上提高了事故的发生率,因此必须要提高汽车的安全性能,从技术方面着手,降低事故率。车辆制动系统在保证汽车安全方面非常的重要,尤其是在当前的交通状况拥堵、交通事故频发的背景下面,所以新型制动系统的研发尤为重要。现在随着电子技术的发展,电路的成本很低,而其性能却十分的优越,所以研发人员将电路的技术逐步的应用于汽车的各个系统当中,这其中包括汽车的制动系统。本文研究的内容就是利用电子信息技术和传统的驻车制动系统相结合,开发出一种新型的EPB系统。
本文主要介绍了EPB系统的设计过程以及思路。首先对于EPB系统做了一个整体的介绍,包括它的结构、工作原理以及优点,接着对执行机构各个零部件进行具体的参数设计,并进行了强度和寿命的校核,最后根据文章设计的零件参数对零件进行了绘图工作。

Abstract
The rapid development of the world economy and technology, which also led to the development of many industries, the automotive industry is one of the. Automotive industry is very important for the present society. Many industries are related to the automotive industry, for example, people's travel, work, logistics, etc.. At present, China's auto industry is also developing rapidly, in terms of car sales, China ranked the first in the world. Due to the sharp increase in the number of cars, urban traffic becomes more and more congested, especially during the rush hours of road congestion has become a problem plagued the master of the first major problems. So many cars also to a large extent improve the incidence of accidents, it is necessary to improve the safety performance of the car, from the technical side, to reduce the accident rate. Vehicle braking system is very important to ensure the safety of the car, especially in the current situation of traffic congestion, traffic accidents in the background, so the research and development of new type of braking system is particularly important. Now with the development of electronic technology, the cost of the circuit is low, and its performance is very superior, so the researchers circuit technology has gradually been applied in various systems of vehicles, including vehicle braking system. The content of this paper is to develop a new type of EPB system based on the combination of electronic information technology and the traditional parking brake system.
This paper mainly introduces the design process of EPB system and the way of thinking. First for EPB system made an overall introduction, including structure, working principle and advantages of it, then actuator parts of the specific parameters of the design, and has carried on the checking of strength and life, finally, according to the design parameters of the parts of parts in the drawing work.
