1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

内容: 钛酸铋钠(简称bnt)是1960年由smolensky发明的a位复合离子钙钛矿型铁电体。

室温时属于三方晶系,居里温度320℃,具有铁电性强、压电常数、介电常数小、声学性能好等优良特性,并且其烧结较低,被认为是最具吸引力的无铅压电陶瓷材料体。

钛酸铋钠作为一种无铅环境友好型压电材料,具有很大的应用前景。
