摘 要

自流平材料通常也称为功能性地面装饰材料，能够快速、有效地得到平整、牢固或者具有装饰性地面的一类材料。石膏基自流平材料主要品种是底层自流平地坪，即作为各种面层铺设材料如地毯、聚氯乙烯地板革等的铺设支撑层。石膏基自流平材料具有良好的流动性以及稳定性，另外在凝结硬化前不会发生离析或者泌水等不良状况，能够靠浆体的高度流动性而自动流动形成平整表面。

本文采用高强石膏作为胶凝材料，填料选用重钙粉，骨料选用一定细度的石英砂以及掺入适量的化学外加剂制备石膏基自流平材料。首先从缓凝剂掺量进行着手研究，得到较优的缓凝剂掺量。然后从石英砂掺量和级配方面进行研究，通过砂浆的扩展度和强度来得出较优的胶砂比；然后以石膏基自流平砂浆初始流动度、30min后流动度、24h强度以及烘干强度为主要性能指标，设计正交试验来初步确定石膏基自流平砂浆的组成和配合比；其次，通过因素水平进行优化实验，确定石膏基自流平砂浆各成分的适宜配比。最终，根据砂浆浆体的宏观性能选择掺入适量的玻化微珠，对石膏基自流平材料性能进一步调整和优化，制备出一种具有早强高，流动性良好的石膏基自流平材料。

The Preparation and Properties of Plaster- based self-leveling flooring materials

ABSTRACT

Self leveling material is also known as the function of decoration materials on the ground, can rapidly, effectively smooth, firm or a class of materials with decorative surface.The main varieties of gypsum based self leveling material is the underlying self leveling floor, as the surface of various materials such as laying carpet laying support layer, PVC floor leather etc..Gypsum based self leveling material has good fluidity and stability, also in the condensate segregation or bleeding and other adverse situation will not happen before hardening, can rely on highly liquid slurry and automatic flow to form a smooth surface.

This chapter uses the high strength gypsum as cementitious materials,selection of filler calcium carbonate, aggregate with certain fineness of quartz sand and adding chemical admixtures for preparing gypsum based self leveling material.Research from the retarder amount first, get the retarder dosage is better.Then conducts the research from the quantity and composition of quartz sand mixing, through the expansion and strength of mortar is better cement sand ratio; then the gypsum based self leveling mortar initial fluidity, fluidity, 30min24h strength and drying strength is the main performance index, the design of orthogonal test to determine the initial gypsum based self leveling mortar composition and mix; secondly, were optimized through factor level, to determine the appropriate ratio of gypsum based self leveling mortar components.Finally, according to the macroscopic properties of mortar paste selection of adding glass beads, the gypsum based self leveling material properties further adjustment and optimization, to prepare a has the early strength high, good fluidity of gypsum based self leveling material.

第一章 引言

1.1课题研究背景及意义

自流平材料(Self—Leveling Material of Floor)研制应用于20世纪70年代，是一种以无机或有机胶凝材料为基料，加入适宜的外加剂改性，用于地面找平的新型地面材料。它可以在不平的基底上使用，提供一个合适、平整、光滑的和坚固的铺垫底层，以架设各种精找平地板材料，例如地毯、木地板、PVC、瓷砖等。使用时操作简单，只需按规定的水灰比范围加水拌和均匀，机械泵送或人工施工后，无需人工抹平，靠浆体在自身重力作用下流动形成平整表面。其最大的特点^[1]就是能够在很短的时间内大面积地精找平地面，可以克服水泥砂浆修补或打磨平整技术等方法工期较长的缺点。

自流平材料按主要基材不同可分为无机系和有机系2大类。无机系自流平材料主要是指石膏基和水泥基自流平材料，有机系自流平材料主要是指环氧自流平材料。
