摘 要
随着市场经济的飞速发展,薪酬政策问题日益受到各方的关注。薪酬作为激励员工的重要手段,一直都是学者们讨论的热点话题。中国房地产业在发展过程中,出现了一些不和谐的因素和一定的泡沫,中央通过限购和限贷等措施对房地产行业进行调控,未来房地产行业外部形势非常不乐观,本文从上市公司内部薪酬政策着手研究,希望能够推动房地产市场的稳定发展。本文首先阐述了房地产行业薪酬政策的研究背景和研究问题,提出研究的意义。其次从理论和数据出发,对房地产行业上市公司薪酬政策的现状和发展进行了分析,再从比较研究的角度,选择房地产五家不同发展程度的上市公司年报数据,采用描述性统计分析和相关性统计分析的方法,对样本公司薪酬政策进行比较研究,得出房地产行业上市公司薪酬政策的现状和存在的问题的结论,进而提出完善房地产行业中企业员工薪酬政策的对策和建议。

A Comparative Study on the Compensation Policy of Listed Companies in Real Estate Industry
Abstract
With the rapid development of market economy, the issue of pay policy has been paid more and more attention. As an important means to motivate employees, compensation has been a hot topic discussed by scholars. in the development process of Chinese real estate industry , there are some disharmonious factors and of a bubble. The central government takes the purchase, credit limit and other measures to regulate the real estate industry, and the future external situation of the real estate industry is not optimistic. This paper studies from the internal pay policy of listed companies, in order to promote the smooth development of the real estate industry. This paper first describes the background of the real estate industry pay policy, study issues and puts forward the significance of the study. Secondly, from the theory and data analysis, we analyze status and development on pay policy of the Listed Companies in the real estate industry. Then from the angle of comparative study, we select the data of the five listed companies in the real estate industry which are on the different levels of development, using the method of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of statistics, we conduct a comparative study on real estate compensation policy of listed companies, then we draw the current situation and existing problems of the pay policy of Listed Companies in the real estate industry. Finally, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the pay policy of the listed companies in the real estate industry.

房地产是我国经济发展的巨头产业,它的发展不仅改善了民生,还能够一直连续地推动国民经济的飞速发展。 近年来,房地产产业的发展非常迅速,但是也涌现出了很多我们必须要去面对和解决的问题,这些问题很严重地阻碍了房地产行业的平稳发展。
