摘 要

随着信息技术的快速发展, 以bilibili、知乎、天涯社区等为代表的新型社区网站正以其独特的文化圈特色迅速吸引了大量网民的关注。然而以往大量的实践表明，社区网站的运营与社区网站的质量密切相关。因此，本文将构建一套社区网站评价指标体系，对社区类网站进行系统分析与评价。

本文首先整理分析了有关网站评价的参考文献，搜集列举出相关评价指标，并从中选取出具有一般代表性的指标。进而根据网站的特性和用户的特点，初步设计了社区网站的评价指标。本文通过访谈评分的方式对评价指标进行了筛选与验证，最终确定了社区网站评价指标体系。然后，使用层次分析法计算各级评价指标权重。最后，本文基于构建的社区网站评价指标体系，设计了相应的调查问卷，对Bilibili网站进行了评价。基于调查结果，分析了Bilibili网站存在的不足，提出相关建议。

本文的研究成果有助于为社区网站的网站优化与改进提供科学的决策依据，促进社区网站的稳步发展。

Construction and analysis of evaluation index system of community website——Take the bilibili website as an example

ABSTRACT

With the development of information technology, new community websites represented by bilibili, Zhihu and Tianya are rapidly attracting the attention of many Internet users with their unique cultural circle characteristics. However, a large number of practices in the past showed that the operation of the community website is closely related to the quality of the community website. Therefore, this article will build a set of evaluation indicators system for community websites, systematically analyze and evaluate community websites.

Firstly，this paper analyzes the related literature of website evaluation, and summarizes the relevant indexes of website evaluation. Furthermore, on the basis of the characteristics of the website and the users, this paper design the evaluation index of the community website. This article screens and verifies the evaluation indicators through interview scoring, and finally determines a three-level evaluation indicator system and explains the indicators. Then, AHP is used to compute the weights of evaluation indexes at all levels and the combined weights of third levels. Finally, based on the community website evaluation index system, this article takes the Bilibili website as the goal and designs a corresponding questionnaire to evaluate the Bilibili website. Based on the survey results, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of BiliBili website, and related suggestions were made in terms of website design, content quality and operation management.

The research results of this paper will help to provide scientific decision-making basis for the improvement of community websites, and promote the steady development of community websites.
