摘 要

北京同仁堂（集团）有限公司是一家著名的老中医药企业，在中国具有深厚的的民族文化底蕴，具有浓厚的中国特色，它是中国企业中一股举足轻重的力量。近年来，同仁堂秉承“弘扬中医药文化，引领绿色医学走向，提高人的生活质量和生命”的趋势，坚持以“现代中医为核心，发展生命健康产业，成为国外闻名的现代中医药集团”的发展战略，主营业务收入、经济利润、出口创汇及海外终端数目均居全国同行业第一。随着中国中医药发展速度不断加快，投资者在对待价值投资时关注的愈加密切。

本文介绍了中国医药产业和北京同仁堂的基本情况，分析了宏观经济环境对我国医药产业的影响。同时深入分析北京同仁堂其内在的投资价值，分析了公司的投资亮点，选取云南白药、东阿阿胶和千红制药2013-2015年的历史数据与同仁堂相关数据进行了营运能力分析、盈利能力分析、偿债能力分析、发展能力分析等。并运用杜邦体系分析同仁堂的绩效，并结合分析对未来现金流量和投资收益进行预测。同时分析同仁堂投资风险，再结合前文采用周期性市盈率对估值结果进行修正，从而提出投资建议。最终得出研究结论和展望。
