摘 要

思想政治教育生态研究是近年来研究思想政治教育的新领域，但有关思想政治文化生态的系统研究相对较少。本文从现今我国思想政治教育文化生态的特征出发，论述了思想政治教育文化生态的构成要素，并提出了优化思想政治教育文化生态的策略。

本文共有四章。第一章主要包括研究目的、研究意义、研究现状以及研究方法等。第二章思想政治教育文化生态及其特征。首先厘清了文化生态和思想政治教育文化生态的概念，然后阐述了文化生态的特征。第三章思想政治教育文化生态的构成。主要包括中国特色社会主义文化、市场经济文化、中国传统文化、外来文化和网络文化五个文化因素。第四章思想政治教育文化生态的优化。主要提出了四点策略，一是强化思想政治教育文化生态优化意识，二是坚持中国特色社会主义文化主导地位,三是促进多元文化因素优化建设，四是整合思想政治教育文化生态诸因素的力量。 思想政治教育作为特定社会意识形态的重要组成部分，其存在、发展和延续不可能离开特定社会的文化生态，所以加强思想政治教育文化生态研究，具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文的目的就在于通过对思想政治教育文化生态现状的研究，着力构建并不断优化思想政治教育文化生态系统，以适应新形势下思想政治教育实践的新要求，开创思想政治教育的新局面。

Abstract

The ecological research of the ideological and political education is a new field in the study of the ideological and political education in recent years, but the overall research about the cultural ecology of the ideological and political is relatively less. Starting from the characteristics of the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education in China, this paper studies the cultural elements in the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education, and puts forward the strategies to optimize the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education.

There are four chapters in this paper.The first chapter mainly includes the purpose of the study, the significance of the study, the domestic and international research status, and the research methods.The second chapter is the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education and its characteristics. The first part is the definition of the cultural ecology and the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education, and then discusses the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education’s characteristics.The third chapter is the composition of the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education.Mainly includes the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,the market economy culture,the Chinese traditional culture, the foreign culture and the internet culture.The fourth chapter is the optimization of the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education. Mainly put forwards four strategies, the first is to Strengthen the consciousness of optimizing the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education,the second is to adhere to the dominant position of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, the third is to promote the construction of multicultural factors’ optimization,the fourth is to integrate the power of the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education’s cultural factors.

The ideological and political education as an important part of the specific social ideology, its existence and development can't leave the specific cultural ecology of society, so strengthening the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education’s research, has important theoretical significance and practical significance. The purpose of this paper is through the research of the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education’s current situation, striving to build and optimize the cultural ecology of the ideological and political education’s system, to adapt to the new situation’s new requirements for the ideological and political education practice,to create a new situation for the ideological and political education.

1.1 研究目的

思想政治教育从本质上讲，既具有政治特质，又具有文化特质，并且处于一定的文化环境之中，其发展离不开对由各文化因素相互作用组成的文化生态系统及其优化。文化可以用来判断思想政治教育的价值，思想政治教育所处的文化背景可以决定其价值。思想政治教育作为特定社会意识形态的重要组成部分之一，其历史、现状与前景与其所处社会的文化生态息息相关，所以加强对其文化生态的研究，是新形势下促进其发展的必然要求。本文的目的就在于通过对思想政治教育文化生态现状的研究，分析其特征和构成要素，并提出具有现实意义的操作性策略，着力构建并不断优化其文化生态，在顺应新形势下新要求的前提条件下，开创思想政治教育发展的新局面。

1.2 研究意义

1.2.1 理论意义

运用生态学有关理论方法对思想政治教育进行综合研究是思想政治教育研究的新领域，越来越多的专家学者参与到对思想政治教育文化生态的研究之中，但其中有关文化生态的系统研究相对较少。本研究的理论意义可概括为两个方面：一方面可以深入揭示思想政治教育文化生态的内涵，并对文化生态中各文化因素在思想政治教育及其文化生态中的地位和作用以及与其发展的关系进行科学、合理地研究与分析，促成对思政治教育文化生态本质、特征、构成与功能的系统化认识；另一方面将生态学有关理论引入思想政治教育研究中，促使多学科理论相结合，可以开拓全新的研究思路，寻找其他学科与思想政治教育这门学科之间的理论共识，丰富本学科理论体系的内涵，完善本学科相关研究成果的内容，推动学科研究方向的创新以及学科建设的发展。

1.2.2 现实意义

思想政治教育文化生态及其优化研究有利于进一步深入挖掘与整合各文化因素资源，有利于明确各文化因素的地位，有利于构建合理的思想政治教育文化生态系统，有利于推动思想政治教育实践的发展。本研究的现实意义可以从两个角度来看：首先，对研究者来说，由于此项研究对于促进思想政治教育实践发展来说具有能动作用，该研究的理论成果可以进一步加强与丰富个体对思想政治教育的认识，促进个人思想政治素质与道德水平的提高，引导个人对文化生态形成整体认知并由此产生对现实具有积极影响的建设性行为；其次，对社会来说，本研究可以为文化生态系统以及生态系统中的各文化因素的优化提供现实、可行的方案，以构建良好的文化生态环境，这既能促进我国当代社会中各类文化的蓬勃、协调发展与共同进步，推动社会文化大系统的优化，也能对政治、经济产生良好影响，从而推动社会发展。

1.3 研究现状

1.3.1 国内研究现状

在国内，有不少专家学者对思想政治教育文化生态进行了研究，本文归纳为以下几个类别：

（1）关于高校思想政治教育文化生态的研究。张红霞于2009年发表的《文化多元化背景下高校思想政治教育实效性研究》一文从文化多元化的新视角出发,分析了外部因素对思政的影响，探讨了在文化多元化的背景下，高校思政内部各因素的变化，并对其实效性进行了分析与探讨。时伟于2012发表的《文化生态视阈下民族院校思想政治教育的再思考》一文针对民族院校思想政治教育中出现的问题，从文化生态理念的角度思考对思想政治教育整个系统的建设，并将社会主义核心价值体系引入思政的内容体系，促进内容体系的完善，使体系内部各个部分互相配合、有效配置，并对体系中的各项内容进行科学引导，使教育主体、客体及其周围环境融合为一个有机的文化生态系统。蔡逢茜于2012年发表的《传统文化视域下高校思想政治教育文化生态的优化》针对当前高校思想政治教育所面临的问题，指出吸收传统文化中的优秀内容对于优化其文化生态具有重大价值，并且针对如何开拓思想政治教育内容和方法创新提出了相关的意见和建议。于浩于2013年发表的《文化生态视域下高校思想政治教育稳态特征研究》一文也是从文化生态理论的角度出发，主张将其应用于高校思政的研究，从而充分挖掘思政的文化生态特征，以文化生态理论中文化形成和发展的规律分析了当前我国思政工作的发展情况，并且对当前高校思政工作中存在的问题进行了深入的剖析，对其稳态构建进行了研究与探讨。这一类研究主要是将研究范围限定在高校，相对来说高校的文化生态环境较社会整体文化生态简单，现有的研究多是对高校思政文化生态中出现的问题进行了探讨，而缺乏对整个文化生态，尤其是缺乏对其中的文化因素进行分析。
