摘 要

随着中国经济社会的快速发展，企业集团的地位举足轻重。同时社会与经济的发展变化，使得企业集团面临着更加复杂多变的经营环境、更不确定的风险因素、更为激烈的竞争等严峻挑战。财务风险作为关乎企业生存发展的重要因素，可能会给企业集团带来经济损失，甚至会导致破产倒闭等严重后果。出于企业集团自身经营管理要求，必须对其财务风险进行研究加强防控。本文研究企业集团财务风险的主要方向，包括企业集团融资风险、投资风险、财务运营风险，收益分配风险。

本文首先进行了理论分析然后进行案例分析，通过对我国企业集团的归纳分析，指出我国企业集团财务风险的问题和危害，并且将我国企业集团财务风险进行分类，重点分析了我国企业集团财务风险的影响因素，针对前面的理论总结和分析，针对性地提出了企业集团财务风险的具体防控措施。结合具体的理论指导，选取绿城集团作为案例，通过对其各项财务指标数据的对比分析，提出绿城集团财务风险的防控措施。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economic and social, the enterprise group is very important. At the same time due to changes in social and economic development, so that enterprises Group faces a more complex business environment, more uncertain risk factors, more intense competition and other challenges. Financial risk as one of the important factors about enterprise survival and dvelopment, specifically refers to the financial structure is not reasonable, financing the company could lose solvency and cause the risk of investors expected earnings decline. The financial risk of the enterprise group could lead to economic losses to the enterprise, even lead to collapse and other serious consequences. Strengthen the Group's corporate research and financial risk prevention and control is an important part of modern enterprise group operations management. In this paper, the main direction of Enterprise Group's financial risks, including corporate groups financing risk, investment risk enterprise group, enterprise group operational risk, business risk group income distribution.

In this paper, the use of a means of theoretical analysis and case study approach combining，through the enterprise groups in China inductive analysis, pointing out problems and hazards of Enterprise Group Financial Risk. And categorizing enterprise group financial risk in our country, analyzed the influence factors of enterprise group financial risk in our country. On the previous theoretical summary and analysis, puts forward the enterprise group financial risk prevention and control measures. Combined with the specific theoretical guidance, choose green city group as an example, through analyzing the financial indicators data contrast, greentown group financial risk prevention and control measures are put forward.

1.1.1 研究目的

企业集团作为一种经济联合体，具有多法人、多层次的特点。企业集团在其生产经营过程中的融资、投资等活动都面临着各种不确定的因素，财务和风险密切相连。财务风险存在于企业集团财务活动的整个过程，关系到整个集团的发展。本次选题旨在通过对企业集团财务风险的研究，包括对企业集团融资风险、企业集团投资风险、企业集团财务运营风险、企业集团收益分配风险这四种风险研究，加强风险防控，提高企业集团生产经营效率，避免损失。国内外对企业集团和财务风险的理论研究相当丰富，并且相当成熟，这对从融资风险、投资风险、财务运营风险和收益分配风险四个角度对财务管理进行系统研究提供了大量的理论依据。目前，我国对于企业集团财务风险方面的研究，理论较为充实。但是现有的研究，主要是针对风险出现后应对，相对单一。缺少一套全面的体系来防控风险，本文旨在对企业集团财务风险进行一些浅薄的研究。
