摘 要

近年来，由于经济下行和经济发展的不平衡，各大高校的扩招以及大学生对就业的过高期望等种种与大学生就业相关的问题出现，导致大学生就业形势十分严峻，与此同时，国家总理李克强提出“大众创业,万众创新”全民创新创业的口号。基于以上情况，越来越多的大学生走上了自主创业的道路,本文通过对武汉理工大学创业现状的研究分析，依据管理沟通、统计学、管理学等相关理论知识，并运用文献期刊分析和归纳总结相结合的研究方法，以及实地访谈和校内问卷调查法获取资料，分析其中存在的问题，找出原因，并提出针对性的对策和建议，希望能指导我校大学生创业，解决创业过程中面临的某些难题，提高我校大学生创业数量和质量。

本文的研究内容分为五个章节， 第一章为绪论，包括研究的目的和意义，国内外研究现状以及研究内容与研究方法的简单概述；第二章是相关理论的概述，分为大学生自主创业的概念，大学生创业的动因，当代大学生创业现状研究分析以及国内外知名高校对大学生创业的支持的模式与经验；第三章转为对具体对象武汉理工大学的研究，包括武汉理工大学对大学生创业支持的现状，武汉理工大学大学生创业现状，武汉理工大学大学生创业现状存在的问题及原因分析；第四章是对武汉理工大学大学生创业现状分析后的提升对策与建议； 第五章为总结与展望。

基于对武汉理工大学大学生创业的研究，本文得出以下五点提升对策结论：第一、在学校方面，要不断完善创业教育课程体系，为大学生营造积极创业氛围；第二、在大学生自身方面，要用正确的方法策略和良好的心态去积极面对，提高心理承受能力、创新能力等创业所需综合能力；第三、在家庭方面，大学生应该积极、耐心劝说父母转变家庭传统就业观，支持自身创业；第四、在企业方面，要给予技术上的支持与指导以及财政资金上的帮助，加强与大学生创业公司的合作；第五、在政府方面，要加强大学生服务体系和资金支持体系的构建，解决大学生创业过程中遇到的问题，为我国培养出更多创业创新型人才，促进我国经济的繁荣发展。

Abstract

In recent years, due to the economic downturn and the economic development imbalance, the enrollment expansion of universities and the university students' high expectations to their work and so on, resulting in college students employment situation very grim. At the same time, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the "public innovation, the national innovation and entrepreneurship entrepreneurship " slogan. Based on the above situation, more and more college students embarked on a road of entrepreneurship. Through the research and analysis of the status quo of entrepreneurship in Wuhan University of Technology, according to the communication management, statistics, management science and other related theoretical knowledge, using periodical literature analysis and a summary of a combination of research methods, field interviews and school questionnaire survey method to obtain data, we analyse the existing problems, find out the reasons, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. We hope to guide our university students to start a business, solve some problems in the process of entrepreneurship and improve the number and quality of our university students' entrepreneurship.

The research content of this paper is divided into five chapters.

The first chapter is the introduction, including the purpose and significance of research, research status at home and abroad, as well as a brief overview of the research content and research methods; The second chapter is an overview of the relevant theory, divided into the concept and definition of college students start their own businesses, the motivation of College Students' entrepreneurship, contemporary college students entrepreneurial status of research ,analysis of the domestic and foreign well-known colleges of entrepreneurial support mode and experience; The third chapter for the specific object of Wuhan University of technology research, including Wuhan University of technology support for business students, Wuhan University of technology status quo of college students entrepreneurship, Wuhan university of technology students the existing problems and reasons analysis; The fourth chapter ,after the analysis of the status of the college students in Wuhan University of Technology ,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions; The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect.

Based on the research on the entrepreneurship of college students in Wuhan University of Technology, this paper draws the conclusion of the following five points: First, in the school, we must constantly improve the entrepreneurship education curriculum system for college students to create a positive entrepreneurial atmosphere; Second, in the students themselves, they should use correct methods and strategies and a good attitude to face actively, enhance their psychological endurance ability and innovative ability of entrepreneurial ability; Third, in the family, college students should actively, patience persuade parents change in the family of traditional employment concept, support for their entrepreneurial; Fourth, in the enterprise they should give technical support 、guidance and financial help, strengthen cooperation with the college students venture company; Fifth, in terms of government, they should strengthen the students service system and financial support system construction to solve the problems encountered in the entrepreneurial process, cultivate more innovative talents for our country and promote the prosperity and development of China's economy.

1.1.1研究目的

近年来,由于各大高校的扩招,毕业生人数急速增加,加之经济下行，各地区经济发展不平衡以及大学生对就业的过高期望，导致就业形势十分严峻，我国失业人数逐年增加。为了促进自身就业，响应国家总理李克强“大众创新，全民创业”的号召，以及在国家颁布的一系列扶持大学生自主创业的优惠政策的驱动下越来越多的大学生将目光投向了自主创业，这不仅是促进大学生自身就业，实现人生目标和价值的需要，也是社会发展，实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的中国梦的需要。并且近几年随着社会经济的发展，大学生创业也逐渐成为当前社会关注的热点问题。鼓励大学生自主创业，不仅有助于加快转变经济发展方式，增强我国的创新能力和核心竞争力，而且对于把我国建设成为人力资源强国和创新性国家具有重要意义。

自主创业在这个以互联网为基础的信息化知识型经济下已然不是一个鲜为人知的话题了，它是时代发展的产物。自从李克强总理提出“大众创业、万众创新”的口号之后，创新创业成为了促进我国大学生就业的潮流。创业创新的号召始于2013年10月一次国务院常务会议中强调“调动社会资本力量，促进小微企业特别是创新型企业成长，带动就业，推动新兴生产力发展”， 2014年9月召开的夏季达沃斯论坛开幕式上，李克强总理首次提出，要借改革创新的“东风”，在960万平方公里土地上掀起“大众创业”、“草根创业”的浪潮，形成“万众创新”、“人人创新”的新态势。各地方政府为响应党和政府的号召，为大学生自主创业提供各种优惠的政策，为大学生自主创业创造一个稳定的外部环境。
