摘 要

现代工业日益先进，在为人类社会提供丰富的物质产品的同时，也带来额越来越严重的环境污染。环保部和证监会已发布相关法律法规，协助上市公司积极履行社会责任，促进上市公司环境保护的持续改善，确定上市公司必须真实、准确、完整、及时地向所有投资者披露公司的环境信息。化工行业资源消耗高、环境污染大。目前，我国化工行业上市公司在披露环境信息时，存在披露方式多元化、信息质量参差不齐等问题

本文基于国内外上市公司环境信息披露的现有研究成果，运用规范研究法、案例研究法和统计分析法，以我国2017年的30家化工行业上市公司作为样本，从环境信息披露方式、披露内容等角度，总结化工行业上市公司环境信息披露的现状，分析其存在的问题和成因，进而对上市公司环境信息披露提出针对性的改进建议。研究成果对规范我国化工行业上市公司环境信息披露具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Modern industry is becoming more and more advanced, in providing a wealth of material products for human society, but also bring more and more serious environmental pollution. The Ministry of Environmental Protection and the SFC have issued relevant laws and regulations to assist listed companies to actively fulfill their social responsibilities, promote the continuous improvement of environmental protection of listed companies, and determine that listed companies must be truthful, accurate, complete and timely disclosure of the company's environmental information to all investors. The chemical industry consumes high resources and has great environmental pollution. At present, China's chemical industry listed companies in the disclosure of environmental information, there are diversified disclosure methods, information quality is uneven and so on

Based on the existing research results of environmental information disclosure of listed companies at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the present situation of environmental information disclosure of listed companies in chemical industry from the following angles. By using the standard research method, case study method and statistical analysis method, this paper studies the environmental Information Disclosure mode and the disclosure content of 30 listed companies in China's chemical industry in 2017 as a sample. This paper analyzes its existing problems and causes, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the environmental information disclosure of listed companies. The research results have certain reference value for standardizing the environmental information disclosure of listed companies in China's chemical industry.

自从18世纪瓦特改良了蒸汽机开始，工业的发展加速了全球的现代化进程。虽然工业生产的产品丰富了人类社会的物质生活，却使环境污染越来越严重。因为企业的经济活动与环境问题息息相关，所以企业环境信息的披露成为人们关注的焦点。

在20世纪70年代，很多西方国家的上市公司就开始重视公司环境信息的披露。而我国对公司环境信息披露的研究起步较晚，虽然目前的研究成果较之以往有了很大的进步，但是与国际发达国家相比，我国在环境信息披露方面仍存在诸多不足。
