摘 要

贫困问题的解决一直是影响我们社会发展和我国进步的重大课题，精准扶贫是新时期的扶贫战略的重要部分。长期以来在农村精准扶贫的过程中存在着很多的问题，只重视物质方面的扶贫，轻视精神文化的扶贫，扶贫的措施不够全面，贫困群体主动参与并寻求帮助的意识不强，这些都是精准扶贫需要改进的方面。社会工作作为一个关注弱势群体发展的学科，应当在精准扶贫当中承担应有的责任。本文以江苏省S市S县H村为研究对象，重点运用文献搜集、实地研究以及资料分析等方法，分析S县H村2013年精准扶贫实施存在的问题之后，发现精准扶贫需要社会工作专业的价值观、技术方法以及贫困者的能力需要提升。最后总结了社会工作参与精准扶贫的具体路径。社会工作者应该以多元化角色参与扶贫；在政府提供物质扶持的基础上提供文化精神扶贫；帮助贫困者提升他们的自身的能力；为了贫困家庭链接更多的社会资源，在社会工作力所能及的范围内参与到精准扶贫当中，帮助更多的贫困家庭彻底摆脱贫困。

The research on the social work participation of the rural community in poverty alleviation

Abstract

The resolution of poverty has always been a major issue that affects our social development and our progress. Precise poverty alleviation is an important part of the new era of poverty alleviation strategy. There have been many problems in the process of poverty alleviation in rural areas for a long time. It is not only the importance of poverty alleviation in the process of poverty alleviation, the poverty alleviation of spiritual culture, the measures of poverty alleviation, the lack of awareness of the poor groups' active participation and seeking help. Poverty alleviation needs to be improved. Social work as a concern to the development of vulnerable groups, should be responsible for poverty alleviation which should bear the responsibility. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the implementation of the Poverty Alleviation in the H Village in S County in 2013, it is found that the precision poverty alleviation needs the society, and the results are analyzed in this paper. The professionalism of the values, technical methods and the ability of the poor need to be improved. Finally, it summarizes the specific path of social work participation in precision poverty alleviation. Social workers should be involved in poverty alleviation in a pluralistic role; provide cultural spirits on the basis of the provision of material support by the government; help the poor to enhance their own capacity; to link more social resources for poor families, within the reach of social work Within the participation of precision poverty alleviation, to help more poor families out of poverty.
