摘 要

货币在现代经济中起着基础性和根本性的作用，人民币对我国经济能否健康平稳地运行就有着基石般的影响。因而，探寻人民币的内外价值就是十分可取的行为。在当今通行的货币制度下，货币价值分为对内价值和对外价值，人民币亦是如此。货币的这两种价值形态都能够体现为购买力，当使用一个国家自身的货币能兑换更多的外币，则说明对外价值越高。本文通过观察我国人民币这十年左右的汇率和其他变化，可以发现人民币这两种价值形态的偏离浮动，进而追寻其价值偏离的缘由，挖掘人民币内外价值偏离对我国经济的发展产生的影响。了解人民币这两种价值形态的偏离，有利于在我国经济处于转型期间做出更好的抉择。加之人民币加入SDR,走向了自由化的道路，这种内外价值的偏离将对我国经济的发展，货币政策的制定产生深远影响。本文最后对人民币内外价值偏离的状况提出了相关对策，希望能够促使更多学者对人民币的这两种价值形态的变化给与关注，能更好地增强人民币的地位和作用，使我国经济健康平稳运行。

On the deviation of internal and external value of RMB

Abstract

Money plays a basic and fundamental role in the modern economy, the RMB strength the health of China's economy could run smoothly like it has a cornerstone of. Thus, the search for internal and external value of the yuan is highly desirable behavior. In today's prevailing monetary system, the monetary value is divided into internal and external value of the value of the yuan is also true. Both the form of value currencies are able to reflect purchasing power, when a country's own currency can exchange more foreign currency, the higher external value. Through the observation of the RMB exchange rate and other changes in this decade or so, it can be found in the RMB value of these two forms of deviation from the float, and then trace the value deviates from reason, and tap internal and external value of the renminbi to deviate from China's economic development generated. Learn the value of its two forms of deviation in favor of making better choices during our economies in transition. With the RMB joining the SDR, the road towards liberalization, the internal and external value will deviate from the development of our economy, monetary policy will have a long impact. Finally, internal and external value of the deviation condition put forward relevant countermeasures, hoping to encourage more scholars on both the value of the RMB shape changes give attention, to better enhance the status and role of the RMB, making China's economy healthy and stable run.

第一章 引言

1.1 研究背景与研究意义

在现代经济中，货币起着基础性和根本性的作用，伴随着经济全球化的推进，货币的作用也愈演愈烈。而货币自身的内外价值关系则决定了货币的这两种价值形态的变化。在现行的货币制度下，货币的内外价值皆表现为购买力，如果使用一个的货币能够兑换更多的外币，则说明对外价值越高。人民币随着我国货币制度和货币政策的改变，其内外价值也发生了变化。

本文观察最近这十年左右人民币的内外价值之间的变动，解析人民币这两种价值形态间的关系，发现它们的变化表现为内外价值的两相偏离。由此可见，人民币的这两种价值形态的变化走向不适用货币的内外价值是一致的关系。本文的研究目的在于基于最近这十年左右的资料概况，进而能了解人民币的两种价值形态的现状，深一步地找出它们之间的关系，了解他们带来的影响。
