摘 要

当今社会各国种种关系密切不可分，在经济政治等方面都展开了相互合作以促进共赢。在这种全球化形势的推进中，我国企业的对外投资也进行的如火如荼。我们知道在这种背景下，国有企业始终保持着主导地位，但作为我国重要的经济组成民营企业的威力不容忽视，我国的民营企业厚积薄发，走进国外对外投资已成为必然趋势，因为现阶段我国正处于对经济与产业结构在进行不断调整当中，民营企业作为一股中坚力量对我国的改革有很大的贡献，所以国家对民营企业的扶持力度非常大，这样就有了一个很好的政策机遇；而且民营企业自身也发展势头良好，已经具有对外投资的能力，然而虽然民营企业固有的弱势因素始终起着一些制约作用，使得其在对外投资的过程中先天不足，导致困难重重，但是企业集群作为一种新的武器，在民营企业对外投资的进程中保驾护航，大大提高了民营企业在国际市场上的竞争力。

本文首先对民营企业集群等相关概念做一个简单的阐述，这一理论是由国外首先提出经过不断发展之后，然后中国学者对其的进一步深化研究巧妙的运用到我国的民营产业的发展中。接着就民营企业集群对外投资的现状进行分析，从主要分布的行业，投资选择的地区，运用的模式等方面入眼，多方位了解下当下的形势。其次，就政府是如何扶持民营企业集群对外投资以及民营企业自身所具备的优势等一系列机遇进行论述分析，以及在这种背景下全面考察民营企业的发展，剖析其在集群的道路上还是存在的大量问题，最终，针对发现的问题，提出一些可行性的建议，以望民营企业集群式对外投资达到一个更具优势的高度。

Abstract

The relationship between the various countries is closely and can not be divided, in the economic and political aspects and other aspects of mutual cooperation to promote win-win.In the globalization of the situation, the foreign investment of Chinese enterprises is also in full swing.We know that in this context, the state-owned enterprises has always maintained a leading position, but as China's important economic composition the power of private enterprises can not be ignored, China's private enterprises accumulate into foreign foreign investment has become an inevitable trend,Because the present stage China is in the economic and industrial structure in the continuous adjustment, the private enterprises as a nucleus the reform of our country has great contribution to, so countries support of private enterprises is very large. In this way, it is the a good opportunity for policy;And the private enterprise itself is also a good momentum of development, already has the ability of foreign investment. However, although vulnerable factors inherent in the private enterprises has always played a restrictive role, making the foreign investment in the process of congenitally deficient, leading to difficulties, but enterprise cluster as a new weapon, in the process of private enterprises to invest overseas escort, greatly improving the competitiveness of private enterprises in the international market.

Firstly, the related concepts of private enterprises clusters do a simple exposition, this theory is from abroad first proposed after continuous development and Chinese scholars on the further deepening of clever using to the development of China's private industry.Then the status of private enterprises clusters of foreign investment are analyzed. From the distribution of industry, the selection of investment area, From the use of the model as it gets, multifaceted understanding under the current situation. Secondly, the government is how to support private enterprises clusters of foreign investment and private enterprise itself has the advantage and a series of opportunities were analysis, and in the context of a comprehensive study of the development of private enterprises, analysis of the cluster on the road still exists a lot of problems. Eventually, gives some feasible suggestions aiming at the problems found, to private enterprises cluster foreign investment to a more competitive level.
