摘 要

随着我国经济的不断发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对于交通的需求越来越高。与公路、航空运输相比，铁路运输具有运量大、单位成本低、受天气影响等少的特点，备受人们喜爱，其发展也得到了国家越来越多的重视。在缺乏水路运输的地区，交通运输体系中铁路运输发挥了不可或缺的作用。

作为西藏自治区首府城市的拉萨，其第一、二、三产业发展较为迅速，为其交通运输行业的发展提供了条件。近年来，拉萨市经济促进交通运输业发展迅速，其铁路运输发展非常显著，铁路运输发展又助推了拉萨市经济发展。论文论述了拉萨市铁路运输、社会经济发展现状，利用灰色关联分析法和多元线性回归法，分析了拉萨市铁路运输与经济发展内在联系，并对拉萨市客货运量进行预测分析，结合拉萨市环境特点，提出了拉萨市铁路运输发展对策，对拉萨市铁路运输业发展决策有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's demand for transportation is getting higher and higher. Compared with road transport and air transport, railway transport has the characteristics of large volume, low unit cost, less affected by the weather and so on. In the areas lacking of waterway transportation, railway transportation plays an indispensable role in the transportation system.

As the capital city of the Tibet, Lhasa's primary, secondary and tertiary industries have developed rapidly, providing conditions for the development of its transportation industry. In recent years, the Lhasa Economy has promoted the rapid development of the transportation industry, its railway transportation development is very remarkable, the railway transportation development has also promoted the Lhasa economy development. In this paper, the present situation of railway transportation and social economic development in Lhasa is discussed, and the internal relations between railway transportation and economic development in Lhasa are analyzed by means of grey relational analysis and multiple linear regression, based on the analysis of passenger and freight volume in Lhasa and the environmental characteristics of Lhasa, the paper puts forward the development countermeasures of Lhasa Railway Transportation, which is of certain reference value to the development of Lhasa railway transportation.

根据社会迅猛的发展的脚步，交通不再单纯是把人或物资从一个地点转移到另一个地点。交通已经牵制到经济与社会发展的各个方面，同时也是制约社会经济发展的极为重要的因素。可以认为一个区域交通的发达程度决定了该区域经济发展的速度。在我国综合交通运输大体系中，作为其骨干的铁路运输以运量大、环保、单位成本低、速度较快以及受自然因素影响小等的特点逐渐成为最受欢迎的运输方式之一。所以，研究铁路运输与经济发展之间的关系能够更有效地利用两者的联系来进一步制定城市发展战略，从而更有力地促进社会的发展。
