荧光探针分析具有灵敏度高、选择性好、能够实现开关操作等优点,是分析化学学科研究的热点之一。

罗丹明类为一种价廉易得的荧光染料,在水相中能稳定产生极强的红色荧光,且具有较大的摩尔吸光系数及相对较长的吸收波长和荧光发射波长。

在碱性条件下,罗丹明类化合物能形成具有内酰胺的螺环结构,为无吸收且无荧光类化合物。
