摘 要

面对新世纪经济全球化、信息化和高新技术的飞速发展，知识产权和知识产权转化已日益成为人们越来越关注的问题。知识产权是人类在社会实践过程中创造的智力劳动成果的专有权利。随着科技的发展，为了更好保护产权人的利益，知识产权转化问题应运而生并不断完善。

本文首先对知识产权的定义、研究意义进行了介绍，并以此为基础介绍了知识产权转化相关内容，包括知识产权的内涵、发展历程、因素分析等，然后通过简要分析我国知识产权转化中的问题、研究国外知识产权转化现状等，并对比国内外知识产权转化过程中的区别，从国外知识产权转化的过程中提炼出得到的能够为我国知识产权转化有所借鉴的经验。后面设计了制约我国知识产权转化的调查问卷并加以发布调研，以调查的结果为依托，从中分析总结出制约我国知识产权转化的原因，提取因素并以此作为提出制约我国知识产权转化因素的对策建议。引出了制约我国知识产权转化的因素，并在本文最后提出了我国知识产权转化的综合建议。

Conversion Factor Analysis of Intellectual Property Rights in China

ABSTRACT

In the face of economic globalization and informationization in the new century and the rapid development of high and new technology, intellectual property rights and intellectual property has increasingly become a problem people are becoming more and more attention. Intellectual property is about humanto create in the social practice of intelligence work achievement of proprietary rights. With the development of science and technology, in order to better protect the interests of the property right, intellectual property rights transformation problem arises at the historic moment, and constantly improve.

This article first definition of intellectual property rights, this paper introduces the research significance,and on this basis, this paper introduces the transformation of intellectual property, including its connotation, the development course, factor analysis, and then through the brief analysis of the problems in the transformation of intellectual property rights in China, the foreign intellectual property into the status quo, and compare the difference between home and abroad, it puts forward that get in the process of intellectual property rights transformation from abroad to draw lessons from the experience of the transformation of intellectual property rights in China. Questionnaire design constraints conversion of intellectual property rights in China, to investigate the results of the analysis summarizes the reason of restricting China's intellectual property rights transformation, extraction factors and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of conversion factors restricting our country intellectual property rights. Raises the factors restricting our intellectual property rights transformation, and finally puts forward the transformation of our country intellectual property comprehensive advice.
