物业管理投标文件是指投标人应物业管理招标文件要求编制的响应性文件。本物业管

理投标文件是根据南韵家园具体项目编制的,主要内容有:商务文件,整体管理设想,拟从业人员配备及培养计划,前期物业管理工作计划,入住期管理工作计划,正常运营期管理工作计划,日常管理制度,费用测算。其中重点部分为:人员的配备、日常管理以及费用的测算。

ABSTRACT

Property management bidding document refers to the bidder should response documentation for the property management of the bidding documents. The property management bidding documents according to the Nanyun Home project specific compilation, The main contents include: business documents. The overall management idea, The staff members and training plan, Early Property management plan, Occupancy management plan, Normal operation stage management, Daily management system, Cost accounting. The key part is the equipment of the stuff;daily management as well as the estimating of costs.
