摘 要

为剖析我国大学生创业教育体系存在的问题，并为该体系的重构提供解决思路。本研究从创业失败学习的视角出发，采用问卷调查法，了解我国大学生对于创业教育体系的认知，以及在亲身体验过程中对于现状的看法，统计结果显示，大学生创业教育体系存在诸多问题，包括课程设置缺陷、师资力量薄弱等，最后，在借鉴国外创业教育体系和创业失败学习理论的基础上，本研究从高校、政府和社会三个主体层面为创业教育体系的重构提供解决思路，以充实对于创业教育的理论研究，也为解决大学生创业教育体系滞后、创业失败率过高的问题提供借鉴。

Analysis, Reflection and Reconstruction of College Students' Entrepreneurship Education System

——Based on the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Failure

Abstract

This study analyzes the problems existing in the Entrepreneurship Education System and provides solutions for the reconstruction of the system. From the perspective of Entrepreneurial Failure, this study adopts questionnaire survey, to understand the college students' perception of Entrepreneurship Education System in our country, as well as the perception of the status quo in the process of experience, the results showed that college students' Entrepreneurship Education System has many problems, including the curriculum defects, weak teachers, etc., finally, in reference to foreign business and Entrepreneurship Education System failure, on the basis of learning theory, this study from the schools, government and society three main body level to provide solution for reconstruction of Entrepreneurship Education System, to enrich the study of the theory of the Entrepreneurship Education, It also provides a reference for solving the problems of lagging Entrepreneurship Education System and too high rate of entrepreneurship failure.

绪论

1.1 选题背景

我国经济结构正不断转型，传统产业被迭代，新兴产业不断出现，虽然拓宽了就业渠道，但“大学生就业难”的形势依然严峻。大学生创业成为了就业的出口之一，在助力经济发展和产业转型上起着推动作用。与此同时，我国大学生教育结构也在不断改革和升级，成为推动我国经济发展的一项重要举措，这使得高校由“人才培养者”成为“岗位的创造者”。

在大学生创业教育的实施过程中，高校常常引用成功的案例进行讲授，对于失败的案例却谈之甚少，这造成学生更易受创业成功者的导向，认为创业是一件十分简单的事情，但学生却忽视了从失败中学习的价值。当前市场竞争激烈，大学生创业失败难以避免，创业失败会给大学生的身心造成负面影响，而从创业失败学习的视角重构大学生创业教育体系，既可以减轻这种负面影响，也有利于学生树立正确的创业观，帮助学生深度挖掘失败根源，进行失败归因，从而拓展创业技能，走向创业成功。
