摘 要

在知识经济这一背景之下，在经济社会的发展过程中也需要高质量的人力资源，是国家目前和以后的关注重点。而科技工作者在人才结构的顶部，其良好的发展是未来中国人力资源素质的重要保证。重视他们的成长与发展，不断提高人力资源素质，可以加快中国从人口大国向人力资源强国转型的速度。科技工作者他们需要承受巨大的工作任务和压力, 同时也面临更多的健康风险，因此本文做出了以下研究：调查长三角地区科技工作者的健康状况，找出并总结科技工作者健康状况的影响因素。

本论文主要是运用统计学的方法对相关调查数据进行分析，从而对在各个方面分析长三角地区科技工作者的身体和心理的健康状况以及影响他们健康状况的因素。

首先，数据获取的方式主要是随机问卷调查法，这样能保证数据的客观性；然后，应用统计学原理对科技工作人员的健康状况和影响因素进行分析。通过一系列的分析发现：就目前的状况看来，长三角地区科技工作者的健康状况并不太好，工作时间长、休息时间少、单位提供的医疗服务水平不高、自我效能感差、对健康风险的感知不够深入，生活方式不健康等因素均对长三角科技工作者的身心健康造成了不同程度的影响；最后，本文从政府、单位、社会组织和个人这四个层面提出了提高长三角科技工作者健康水平的政策建议。

Abstract

Under the background of knowledge-based economy, the high-quality manpower resource is very important in the sustainable development of economy and society and become the focus of our country at present and in the future. The technologists are at the top of the talent structure, whose good development helps to improve the China's manpower resource quality in the future.With the more attention to their growth amp; development and the continuous improvement of manpower resource quality, China is transforming from the great population nation into the great manpower resource nation. The technologists not only need to bear huge work tasks and pressure, but also face more health risks. Therefore, the main researches of the paper are as follow: this paper investigates the health status of technologists in the Yangtze River Delta, finds out and summarizes its affecting factors.

This paper mainly analyzes the survey data with the statistical method, so as to analyze the physical and mental status of technologists in the Yangtze River Delta and the factors affecting their health status.

Firstly, the paper obtains data with the random sampling and questionnaire survey methods; then, the paper studies the health status of technologists and its affecting factors with the statistical method. Through a series of analysis, the current physical and mental health of technologists in the Yangtze River Delta is affected by the following factors more or less, such as long working hours, less rest time, low medical service level, poor self-efficacy, insufficient perception of health risks and unhealthy lifestyle;Finally, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to improve the technologists' health level in the Yangtze River Delta from the four levels of government, unit, social organization and individual.

1.1选题依据

国务院于2017年同意将每年5月30日设立为“全国科技工作者日”。在党的十九大报告中习近平总书记曾指出，引领发展的第一动力和建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑是创新。习近平总书记强调了创新发展理念的重要性，更突出强调了科技创新在国家发展全局中的核心位置。为加快建设创新型国家，实现科学技术现代化这一宏伟目标，离不开广大科技工作者的奋斗与努力，同时也是新时代赋予科技工作者的重要历史使命。
