摘 要
企业人力资源管理工作是企业自身顺利发展、形成并维系自身竞争力,最终实现企业战略目标的重要保证模块。而在人力资源管理六大模块中,招聘与配置更是其中的基础部分,只有科学开展企业人力资源管理工作,才能保证企业一系列后续工作的顺利进行。目前,随着人力资源管理科学的快速发展以及互联网信息时代的普及,企业人力资源招聘与配置模块也在不断更新发展,但是反观我国目前大多数企业,其现阶段人力资源管理工作仍具有传统人事管理特征,从而导致招聘工作难以与时俱进、快速发展,给企业自身发展带来不便。因此,如何结合将企业实际情况与科学人力资源管理理论结合,紧跟时代发展,构建科学合理高效的企业招聘管理体系,是目前许多现代企业亟需解决的问题。
本研究以烟台市A企业作为研究对象,探讨了该企业在员工招聘中存在的相关问题,并根据科学人力资源管理理论以及招聘理论指导,为该企业设计了一套招聘管理体系优化方案,力求解决其存在的一系列招聘问题。在研究结构方面,首先,本研究对于研究目的与意义进行了系统性阐述,并对当前国内外相关研究情况进行了汇总与分析,之后阐述本研究的主要研究内容与研究方法。其次,采用资料查阅、电话访谈、问卷调产的形势对于A企业的企业背景、发展概况、企业招聘管理体系概况进行了阐述,并运用科学分析方法找出了当前企业招聘管理体系中存在的相关问题,并归纳总结问题产生的原因。最后,本研究针对存在问题提出了具体的优化解决方案,设计了与之配套的保障实施体系,并对本研究进行了系统总结,指出了研究的不足与后续研究方向。
招聘是企业人力资源管理的基础模块,也是十分重要的模块,关系到企业能否招揽到合适的人才,为企业提供源源不断的核心竞争力,保障企业战略目标的实现。本研究以A企业作为研究对象,在为该企业进行招聘管理优化的同时,也旨在通过对该企业的研究,为同行业其他类似企业提供一套完整的招聘管理体系优化方案。

Abstract
Enterprise human resource management is an important guarantee module for the enterprise to develop smoothly, form and maintain its own competitiveness, and finally achieve its strategic objectives. In the six modules of human resource management, recruitment and allocation is the basic part. Only scientific development of human resource management can ensure the smooth progress of a series of follow-up work. At present, with the rapid development of human resource management science and the popularization of the Internet information age, the human resource recruitment and allocation module of enterprises is also constantly updated and developed. However, in most enterprises in China, the current human resource management work still has the characteristics of traditional human affairs management, which makes it difficult for recruitment work to keep pace with the times and develop rapidly, so as to provide enterprises with their own advantages Development brings inconvenience. Therefore, how to combine the actual situation of enterprises with the theory of scientific human resource management, keep pace with the development of the times, and build a scientific, reasonable and efficient recruitment management system is an urgent problem for many modern enterprises.
This thesis took Yantai A enterprise as the research object, discussed the related problems existing in the recruitment of employees, and according to the scientific human resource management theory and the guidance of recruitment theory, designed a set of recruitment management system optimization scheme for the enterprise, and strove to solve a series of existing recruitment problems. In terms of research structure, first of all, this study systematically expounded the purpose and significance of the research, and summarized and analyzed the current domestic and foreign related research situation, and then expounded the main research content and research methods of this thesis. Secondly, using the situation of data review, telephone interview, questionnaire adjustment, this thesis expounded the background, development and recruitment management system of enterprise A, and used scientific analysis method to find out the relevant problems in the current recruitment management system, and summarized the causes of the problems. In the end, this thesis put forward specific optimization solutions for the existing problems, designed the supporting guarantee implementation system, and made a systematic summary of this study, pointing out the shortcomings of the study and the future research direction.
Recruitment is not only the basic module of human resource management, but also a very important module, which is related to whether the enterprise can attract the right talents, provide the core competitiveness for the enterprise, and ensure the realization of the enterprise's strategic objectives. This thesis takes enterprise a as the research object. It not only optimizes the recruitment management for the enterprise, but also aims to provide a complete set of recruitment management system optimization scheme for other similar enterprises in the same industry through the study of the enterprise.
