摘 要

伴随着云计算、大数据、物联网等相关技术的应用，我国智慧社区建设迎来了良好的发展机遇。智慧城市是近年来城市建设中提到的新兴概念，它通过全面地、科学地去感测、分析和整合整个城市在运行的过程当中产生的各项基础性信息和关键性的信息，针对不同方面和不同层次的需求创建高效、快速、灵活、清晰的智能响应，创造了一个人与社会，人与人，人与物和谐共存的环境。智慧城市在互联网 背景下突飞猛进，给城市生活带来了巨大便捷，为城市管理者提供了高效的城市管理手段。智慧城市发展离不开智慧社区建设，智慧社区是是智慧城市概念的继承、发展和实施。

本文选择了成都新鸿智慧社区作为案例分析对象，新鸿社区于2017年启动了智慧社区建设，率先利用移动互联网、智能终端等先进技术，提高了居民的生活质量，促进了社会和谐。但是新鸿智慧社区在建设中依然存在一些问题需要进一步思考、解决、优化。本文运用“理论基础—建设现状—问题与成因分析—对策建议”的研究思路，着重分析了新鸿智慧社区建设中出现的问题和存在问题的原因，并在智慧城市背景下从政府、物业和居民三个方面探讨了问题的对策和建议，得出智慧社区建设不仅需要政府统筹规划，还需要物业提升管理能力，居民参与其中共同治理的结论。

Research on the Construction of Smart Community under the Background of Smart City

--taking Xinhong Community in Chengdu as an example

Abstract

With the application of cloud computing, big data, Internet of things and other related technologies, the construction of smart communities in China has ushered in good development opportunities. Wisdom city is mentioned in the emerging concept of urban construction in recent years, it comprehensively and scientifically to sensor, analysis and integration of the whole city various basic information generated in the process of operation and key information, according to different aspects and different levels of demand to create efficient, fast, flexible, clear intelligent response, created a man and society, human and environment harmonious coexistence of people and things. Under the background of Internet ,smart cities are advancing rapidly, bringing great convenience to urban life and providing efficient urban management means for urban managers. In this paper, literature research method and questionnaire survey method are combined to select Chengdu xinhong smart community as the case analysis object. Xinhong community started the construction of smart community in 2017 and took the lead in using mobile Internet, intelligent terminal and other advanced technologies to improve the living quality of residents and promote social harmony. However, there are still some problems in the construction of xinhong smart community that need to be further considered, solved and optimized. This paper USES the theoretical foundation, construction situation, problems and causes analysis, countermeasures and Suggestions of research way of thinking, this paper analyzes the new problems arising from the hon wisdom community construction and the cause of the problem, and under the background of intelligent city residents from the government, property and three aspects discussed the question countermeasure and the suggestion, draw intelligence community construction needs not only the government overall planning, need property management ability, residents to participate the conclusion of common governance.
