摘 要

企业中的每一个部门、每一项流程、每一个人员的存在，无论是直接的还是间接的都应该对企业获取利润这个目的做出贡献。而一个企业的后勤部门，作为企业的一份子，特别是在制造型企业中，后勤部常常容易受到企业地忽视从而影响整个部门人员的工作认知以及工作积极性。后勤部作为一个企业的支撑性部门存在，为整个企业的正常运作提供不可磨灭的贡献，因此，工业工程的相关思想也应该渗透至后勤服务部。

本文主要研究的是现代制造型企业后勤部现阶段的状况与问题，整理了工业工程中关于工作地设计方面的一些理论方法与原则，重点是关于布局设计方面的，综合运用这其中的相关理论方法与原则，着重研究D公司现阶段后勤部门管理中的所出现的情况与问题，并分析其中特别钣金制造部门无尘生产车间前更衣室存在的问题，结合之前所述的有关原则，提出改进方案，之后使用Flexsim仿真软件将所提方案与原来的设计进行对比比较，得出一定的结论并做出总结。

Design of the dressing room work area of the logistics department of D Company based on industrial engineering

Abstract

Every department, every process, and the existence of each person in the enterprise, whether directly or indirectly, should contribute to the purpose of the company to obtain profits. And the logistics department of a company, as a part of the enterprise, especially in manufacturing enterprises, the logistics department is often vulnerable to the neglect of the enterprise and affect the work perception and enthusiasm of the entire department. The logistics department exists as a supporting department of an enterprise and provides an indelible contribution to the normal operation of the entire enterprise. Therefore, the relevant ideas of industrial engineering should also penetrate into the logistics service department.

This paper mainly studies the current situation and problems of the logistics department of modern manufacturing enterprises, and sorts out some theoretical methods and principles in the design of workplaces in industrial engineering. The focus is on the layout design, and the related theories are comprehensively applied. Method and principle, focusing on the situation and problems in the management of the logistics department of D company at the present stage, and analyzing the problems existing in the locker room in the dust-free production workshop of the special sheet metal manufacturing department, combined with the relevant principles mentioned above, then, the Flexsim simulation software is used to compare the proposed scheme with the original design, and draw some conclusions and summarize.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

迄今为止，在制造业不断发展的情况下，其劳动生产率越来越成熟，越来越多的劳动力和资源正在转移到服务业中，服务业在我国国民经济中的地位在日益上升，同时，人们对于服务业也越来越重视。但是，相对而言，我国的现代服务业起步较晚，现阶段我国的现代服务业发展存在着许多问题：人员冗余、总体发展规模小、内部结构发展不协调、发展水平落后、支撑体系不完善等。后勤服务作为服务业的一部分同样也存在着管理松散、观念落后等相关问题，而后勤部的工作地作为后勤服务的重要作业场地，对于后勤服务有着必不可少的重要作用，对其使用工业工程的相关知识和方法也是非常有必要的。

然而，在制造业发展不断趋于成熟的今天，制造业公司中的后勤部作为制造业公司的一部分长期以来并不受制造业公司的极大重视，对其管理的不重视性很大程度的对于员工积极性造成一定影响，对于公司整体发展也有一定损失。

1.2 研究目的与意义

后勤服务是包括行政事务管理和后勤服务保障的一项综合性工作，它是相对于“前勤服务”而言的。后勤服务作为企业的非核心业务，从表面看它对于制造业公司获取利润的关键目的的实现没有直接帮助，但是从长远意义来说，在制造业公司中一个好的后勤部服务对于制造业公司而言无论对其获取更多利润方面还是提高工人工作积极性方面都有显著的积极作用。
