摘 要

不断完善和发展的市场经济体制，给企业的财务管理工作带来了新的挑战，也让企业的管理者愈加认识到了财务风险管理的重要性。完善的财务风险管理制度可以帮助企业提前发现可能存在的财务风险，并对其进行分析评价，进而采取相应的控制措施，降低财务风险对企业的不利影响。

本文介绍了财务风险管理的相关概念，并对财务风险管理的相关理论进行了阐述，进而联系实例，从中建集团财务风险管理中的财务风险识别、财务风险评价和财务风险控制三个环节出发，分析中建集团财务风险管理现状，针对分析结果，总结其在财务风险管理存在的问题，并追踪问题产生的原因，进而提出了自己的完善对策。

中建集团作为建筑行业的标杆企业，分析其财务风险管理现状，总结整理不足，为中建集团完善自身财务风险管理制度提供了一定助力，也为同行业其他企业建立健全财务风险管理制度提供了借鉴，同时，丰富了财务风险管理的理论研究。

Abstract

The continuous improvement and development of the market economy system has brought new challenges to the financial management of enterprises, and has also made the managers of enterprises more aware of the importance of financial risk management. A perfect financial risk management system can help companies discover possible financial risks in advance, analyze and evaluate them, and then take corresponding control measures to reduce the adverse impact of financial risks on the company.

This article introduces the relevant concepts of financial risk management, and expounds the relevant theories of financial risk management, and then contacts the examples to analyze CSCEC through the three links of financial risk identification, evaluation and control in CSCEC ’s financial risk management The current status of financial risk management, based on the analysis results, summarizes its existing problems in financial risk management, and traces the causes of the problems, and then proposes its own perfect countermeasures.

As a benchmarking enterprise in the construction industry, CSCEC has analyzed its financial risk management status and summarized the inadequacies, which has provided certain help for CSCEC to improve its own financial risk management system, as well as the establishment of a sound financial risk management system for other companies in the same industry. For reference, at the same time, it enriches the theoretical research on financial risk management.

财务管理活动存在于企业生产经营的各个环节，在企业的成长过程中有着至关重要的作用，保障着企业的持续健康发展。我国不断完善和发展的市场经济体制也给企业带来了越来越大的市场竞争压力,为适应新的经济体制的要求和标准,企业应加大对财务管理工作的关注度。而财务风险管理作为财务管理中的重要环节，发现企业可能存在的财务风险，追踪风险点，并根据风险产生的原因，提出相应的防控措施，对其进行针对性地管理和控制，以此降低财务风险发生的概率，避免财务风险给企带来的可能的损失，成为财务管理工作中的重中之重。

建筑业作为国民经济的主要产业之一，随着国家经济的改革发展，建筑业的规模在不断地扩大，同行业企业之间的竞争压力也变得越来越大。同时，建筑业基于建筑工程施工环节众多、项目成本高、施工环节复杂，具有投资规模大、生产周期长、产品生产不可逆和生产流动性比较大等诸多特点，这些都容易引发财务风险问题，若情节严重者，甚至会影响施工进度，导致不能完成预期建设目标。
