摘 要

股利分配政策是公司重要的财务政策之一，公司是否进行股利分配、股利分配的水平都会影响公司的外在形象，公司股东可能因此作出不同的投资决策，从而影响公司的未来发展。在中国经济中，国有企业的贡献最为突出，所以本文选取比较容易获得财务数据、对国民经济贡献较大的国有上市公司进行股利分配的研究。

本文采用定量和定性相结合的分析方法，基于财经网站、国泰安数据库等资源库获得财务数据，对国有上市公司的股利分配现状进行分析，根据相关文献，综合考虑各项因素进而筛选出可能对国有上市公司现金股利分配水平产生影响的因素，并用SPSS软件进行回归分析验证。

通过回归分析，发现以下与现金股利分配水平相关的影响因素：公司规模、资产负债率、流通股比例、每股收益和货币资金充足率。最后根据国有上市公司股利分配数据分析其中存在的问题，并据此提出自己的建议，这为国有上市公司制定股利政策提供一定的参考。

Abstract

Dividend policy is an important financial policy, whether the company carries on the dividend distribution or not will affect the company's external image and the level of dividend can also affect it. They may enable shareholders to make different investment decisions affecting the company's future development. The contribution of state-owned listed companies is the most prominent in China's economy, so this paper select the financial data of the state-owned listed companies that the data is easy to access and important to China’s economy to analyze the dividend distribution.

In this paper, the quantitative and qualitative analysis method is used to analyze the dividend distribution data of state-owned listed companies from the financial website, CSMAR database and other resources. By reading the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the factors that may exist in the dividend distribution of the state-owned listed companies and uses SPSS software to carry out regression analysis and verificate it.

By the regression analysis, this paper finds the cash dividend related influencing factors: company size, asset liability ratio, circulation stock proportion, earnings per share, and the monetary capital adequacy ratio. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the dividend distribution of the state-owned listed companies, and puts forward some suggestions for the problem, which provides a reference for the dividend distribution of the state-owned listed companies.
