摘 要

财务绩效的好坏对公司有很大影响，同时对公众所做是否去投进钱的决定也蛮有用。人们日子过得舒坦了，自然留意身体好坏，医药行业也在不断扩大。它不仅仅对人们的身体健康有着重要作用，对于经济发展也有着一定的贡献，作为国民经济的一个重要组成部分，医药行业势必引起我们的关注，就其财务绩效进行分析与评价显得格外重要。本文基于财务绩效评价理论去探讨，医药行业上市公司这个指标体系的构造也由此而来。然后选择东阿阿胶，根据该体系对其进行分析与评价。最后提出建议并总结。

本篇文章有六个章节。先是绪论，其内容不仅有选题背景，意义也说到了。再者理论基础。还有医药企业的特征得到分析，适宜的这个体系也构建。第四章是案例分析，是对东阿阿胶公司进行财务绩效分析。通过对东阿阿胶公司的财务绩效分析，得出东阿阿胶公司的趋势发展情况和东阿阿胶公司在同行业中的地位，并且利用杜邦分析法进行综合分析。第五章是相关建议，经过一系列得出结论，提出建议。第六章是文章的总结，并且针对整片文章指出不足之处。

Analysis and Evaluation of Financial Performance of Listed Companies in Pharmaceutical Industry

-A Case Study of Dong-E E-Jiao Company

Abstract

Financial performance has a great impact on the company, while the public do not want to go into the decision to vote also have an impact. People have a good day, naturally pay attention to good or bad body, the pharmaceutical industry is also expanding. It is not only for people's health has an important role in economic development also has a certain contribution, as an important part of the national economy, the pharmaceutical industry is bound to arouse our attention to its financial performance analysis and evaluation is particularly important. This paper is based on the theory of financial performance evaluation, and the construction of this index system of listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry is also the result. And then select Dong-E E-Jiao, according to the construction of the system for its analysis and evaluation. Finally make recommendations and summarize.

This paper has six chapters. First, the introduction, its content is not only the background of the topic, meaning also said. And then the theoretical basis. As well as the characteristics of pharmaceutical companies have been analyzed, the appropriate system to be built. The fourth chapter is a case study, is the Dong-E E-Jiao company financial performance analysis. Through the analysis of the financial performance of East E-Jiao Company, the development trend of Dong-E E-Jiao Company and the position of Dong-E E-Jiao Company in the same industry are obtained, and DuPont analysis method is used for comprehensive analysis. Chapter 5 is the relevant proposal, after a series of conclusions, make recommendations. The sixth chapter is the summary of the article, and pointed out the shortcomings of the whole article.

财务绩效评价，顾名思义，需要就财务绩效对公司评价。我们不仅有理由了解其经营发展状况，成果情况，并且有依照固有的判断认识，选有关系的指标，采取措施公平客观地谈论叙述。时代不断进步，社会不断发展，每个公司都想取得很好的成绩。然而如果没有一套评判标准，一个公司如何更好地了解本身的发展以及出现的问题等等。财务绩效评价体系的建立恰恰可以让公司去了解所需要的情况。公司可以就此了解其经营发展情况，有没有达到公司的目标，以及日后如何继续发展。但是财务绩效评价体系不仅需要建立，更应该适合这个公司。公司借鉴其他公司，建立体系进行财务绩效评价，这样的行为很正常。然而有的公司直接借用其他公司的评价体系，采取一模一样样的方法，这往往不能很好地反映自身的状况，财务绩效评价也就失去了意义。因此公司什么样子知道了，它的特点搞明白，针对性的评价体系构造出来，进行分析，并据此进行评价。这是蛮有影响的，同时对以后公司样子也是很有用的。

医药行业不能否认它很要紧，国家也注意到其了。它对于经济也是蛮有作用的。医药行业在不断发展中，然而有发展就有竞争，如何更好地发展，这是值得思考的。因此，构造该体系，并记得去分析说看法，这很有必要。社会在发展，人们的生活可以说越过越好，对于身体的好坏也越来越看重。医药行业在不断扩大，人们在它的消费也越来越多，这无疑让其发挥更大。东阿阿胶，说起来就是做阿胶的。它排起来国内首位，且还有其他东西。东阿阿胶公司作为医药行业的一个上市公司，其影响力还是有的。今人们注重身体健康，如果既能让身体得到保护，并且尽量减少药物带来的副作用，这应该是人们所希望的吧。因此，选择东阿阿胶公司，根据构建的财务绩效评价体系对其进行分析与评价，这对于医药行业的发展是具有非常重大的意义。
