1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

课程论文是对大学四年级上学期学习情况以及对所做的课题情况的真实反映,其内容应该包括一下方面:

1. 查阅、搜集与本课题相关的书籍和文献资料,熟悉、了解弛豫铁电陶瓷的应用状况和常用的制备方法。

2. 掌握传统固相法法合成pmn-pt弛豫铁电陶瓷的制备工艺,并分析pmn-pt弛豫铁电陶瓷的物相、形貌及尺寸的影响,并测试其铁电性能。最后,在这些基础上要总结实验操作经验及注意事项,并按要求完成毕业论文的全部内容。
