癌症(恶性肿瘤)作为全球致死率最高的疾病之一,其高发病率与高死亡率促进了癌症治疗方式的进步。
光治疗,包含光热治疗和光动力治疗,作为新兴的肿瘤治疗方式,因其低毒、无抗药性、无侵入性和高靶向性等特点,受到研究者们广泛关注。
但ptt和pdt在临床应用上都面临相应的障碍。
