本论文以钙钛矿蓝光发光二极管为研究背景,通过引入胺类添加剂,优化氯溴掺杂的钙钛矿蓝光器件性能,同时研究不同类添加剂对氯溴掺杂蓝光器件相分离现象的影响。
本论文课题名称为”胺类添加剂对氯溴掺杂蓝光钙钛矿发光器件性能影响的研究”,根据文献报道,胺类添加剂对钝化薄膜缺陷,提高器件性能具有较好作用,本课题拟引入苯甲胺等胺类添加剂,通过优化比例,浓度,退火温度及转速等条件,并通过eqe测试系统测试器件性能,制备出高效的钙钛矿蓝光器件。
同时改变胺添加剂种类,分别制备最优器件,分析不同胺添加剂对氯溴掺杂钙钛矿蓝光器件相分离现象的影响。
