低温共烧陶瓷流延浆料体系优化及性能研究任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
本论文的主要内容是通过对玻璃陶瓷粉料表面改性以及调整有机体系的配比来提高浆料固含量以及生料带的密度。
本科题涉及的主要学科和知识领域为高分子化学、物理化学、材料科学基础、材料测试方法、材料科研导论、材料物理性能、陶瓷材料工艺学等。
首先要求通过网络、书刊对ltcc成型工艺有大致的了解,然后针对论文题目自行选取关键词,利用学校图书馆ca、ei和sci等索引手段以及各类中文数据库(维普、中国期刊网等)查阅与课题有关的中外文献资料,至少查阅1-2篇外文文献,并做好读书笔记。
