摘 要

近年兴起的大数据技术不仅对政府和企业有着深远影响，同时也渗入到与居民息息相关的生活环境之中，智慧社区应运而生。社区O2O作为智慧社区建设的新动力，它既可以是大数据的来源，也可以是大数据的应用主体。在智慧社区中数据信息有着更广的来源和更多的应用价值，大数据技术的应用将会提升智慧社区的价值和实现其智慧化。然而，随着越来越多的人关注并参与智慧社区的建设，不成熟的建设规划导致暴露出来的问题也越来越多。本文将着眼于分析国内外一些典型的智慧社区，从而对当今社区O2O的运营理念、技术应用和参与主体三个方面进行论述和探索。同时，针对大数据时代下的智慧社区建设这一热点问题，讨论我国在智慧社区建设中的基本情况，从社区O2O的角度来完善我国智慧社区建设在规划理念、基础设施、整合资源、运行模式和人才培养等方面的不足之处，并提出完善规划理念、建设智能化设施、重视差异化发展和加强多元合作等应对举措。

An analysis of the new path of smart community construction

in the era of big data

—— From the perspective of Community O2O

Abstract

In recent years, the rise of big data technology not only has a far-reaching influence for the government and enterprises, but also is closely linked with the residents living environment, smart community came into being. Community O2O as the smart community building new power, it can be a source of data and the main subject of the application of large data. Information resources has a wider and more application value, big data technology will makes data value enhancement and wisdom in the smart community. However, with more and more people pay attention to and participate in the smart community construction, the construction planning of immature causes more and more problems. In this paper,it will focus on analysis of some domestic and foreign typical smart communities, to the operation philosophy of today's Community O2O, application technology and participation in the main three aspects carries on the elaboration and exploration. At the same time, in the era of big data, smart community building this hot issue discussed in the smart community construction in our country, from the point of view of Community O2O to improve the shortcomings of the smart community construction in planning concepts, infrastructure, integration of resources, operation mode and the cultivation of talents in,and put forward to improve the planning concept, building intelligent facilities, pay attention to the diversity of development and strengthen cooperation and other measures to deal with.
