金属有机骨架材料ZIF-8的制备及光催化性能的研究毕业论文

摘 要

金属有机骨架材料是一种新型的具有周期性骨架结构的多孔材料,其具有例如大的比表面积、高孔隙率、良好的热稳定性等独特的结构和性能,在气体储存以及催化等应用领域具有很大潜力。ZIF-8 是ZIFs材料中最具有代表性的一种,具有多种优异性能。本文首先对ZIF-8的结构、性质及研究状况进行了介绍;然后在实验中首先采取溶剂热法制取了ZIF-8样本,并对其进行了表征;最后通过其对RhB的降解实验来探索其在光催化方面的性质。

  论文利用溶剂热法合成ZIF-8,分别用X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)测试等进行表征。之后选用罗丹明B(RhB)作为降解靶物,研究了ZIF-8光催化降解RhB的影响因素、动力学参数、反应机理、反应途径及ZIF-8的稳定性。

使用溶剂热法制备ZIF-8取得成功,合成操作简单,合成的ZIF-8在结晶度、热稳定性方面均达到理想要求。在光催化性能测试中,约12.10%的RhB被ZF-8光催化降解,光催化活性并不明显,但降解过程遵循伪一级动力学模型;且ZIF-8在暗反应情况下吸附去除了约60.85%的RhB,表现出对RhB相当优秀的吸附性能,证明其在对去除水中有机物方面仍然有相当广泛的应用前景。

Abstract

The metal-organic frameworks material is a new type of porous material with a periodic skeleton structure, it is quite a special structure and properties, such as large specific surface area, high porosity, good thermal stability etc., in areas such as gas adsorption, storage and catalytic has the very good application prospect. ZIF-8 is the most representative of the ZIFs and has many excellent properties. In this paper, the structure, properties and research status of ZIF-8 are introduced first. Then in the experiment, ZIF-8 samples were firstly prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized. Finally, the degradation experiments of RhB were explored. Its photocatalytic properties.

Zif-8 was synthesized by solvothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UV-Vis, etc. Afterwards, rhodamine B(RhB) was selected as the degradation target, and the influencing factors, kinetic parameters, reaction mechanism, reaction pathway and stability of ZIF-8 photocatalytic degradation of RhB were studied.

The preparation of ZIF-8 by solvent heating method was successful, and the synthesis operation was simple. In the photocatalytic performance test, about 12% of RhB was degraded by zf-8 photocatalysis. The photocatalytic activity was not obvious, but the degradation process followed the pseudo-first-order kinetic model. And adsorption of ZIF - 8 in dark reaction to in addition to about 60% of the RhB, showed quite good adsorption performance with RhB, prove in the removal of organic matter in water is still quite broad application prospects.
