摘 要

伴随着社会的不断进步，居民生活水平的不断提高，以及医疗卫生条件的提升，人们的人均寿命也相应的不断提升，随之而来的是人口的老龄化问题日益严峻。尤其是对于中国这样面临着人口基数大，地区发展不平衡，加上养老规章制度方面不健全，传统养老观念及体系面临崩溃等现实困境，形势更加严峻。

根据1956年联合国确定的划分标准，当一国或地区65岁及以上老年人口数量占总人口比例超过7%时，则该国或地区进入老龄化。我国于1999年开始进入老龄化社会，2011年第六次全国人口普查数据显示，全国60岁及以上老年人1.78亿，占总人口13.26%，其中65岁及以上老年人1.19亿，占总人口8.9%。国家统计局公布数据显示，截止到2014年底，中国60岁以上的老人占到总人口的15.5%，达到了2.12亿。据预测，到2050年，全世界老年人口将达到20.2亿，其中中国老年人口将达到4.8亿，几乎占全球老年人口的四分之一。[^[1]]中国相较其它国家养老问题更为严峻，如何实现“老有所养，老有所乐”更是关系到社会的稳定和长久的发展。

本文主要是针对城市老人的社区照顾情况进行研究，选取了武汉市中华路街道社区作为研究的样本，采取实地调研、访谈和问卷调查等方法，对中华路街道社区老年人的社区照顾情况进行研究。研究的重点主要集中在社区老年人对社区照顾的满意度及影响因素这个方面。通过研究，了解影响城市老年人对社区照顾满意度的因素，针对这些因素，提出提高老年人满意度的对策。

ABSTRACT

With the constant progress of the society and the continuous improvement of living standards, and medical and health conditions improve, people's average life expectancy of the corresponding continuous improvement, the attendant is the aging of the population problem has become more and more serious. Especially for China is facing a large population base, uneven regional development, coupled with the old age rules and regulations are not perfect, the traditional pension concepts and systems are faced with the reality of the collapse of the system, the situation is more severe.

According to the criteria established by the United Nations in 1956, when a country or region 65 years of age and older population accounts for more than 7% of the total population, the country or region to enter the aging. China in 1999 began to enter the aging society, 2011 the sixth national census data show, the people of 60 years old and older 1.78 billion, accounting for 13.26% of the total population, of which 1.19 million p eople age 65 and older, accounting for 8.9% of the total population. National Bureau of statistics released data show that as of the end of 2014, China's 60 year old man accounted for 15.5% of the total population, reaching the end of the year. It is predicted that by 2050, the world's elderly population will reach a total of, of which China's elderly population will reach nearly one percent, accounting for nearly 1/4 of the world's elderly population. Compared to other countries,China's pension problem is more and more serious, how to achieve "for the elderly, worthiness and happiness is related to social stability and long-term development.

The main purpose of this paper is for old people in urban community care study, selected Wuhan, China Road Street community as the research sample, adopts the method of field research, interviews and questionnaire survey, on the road street community elderly community care was studied. The research focuses on the satisfaction of the elderly in the community and the influencing factors of the community care. Through the study, the factors that affect the satisfaction of the elderly in the community care for the elderly, and the countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of the elderly are put forward.
