摘 要

阿拉伯地区是中国国际市场多元化战略中一个重要的新兴市场, 也是同中国外贸关系发展速度较快的一个地区，分析阿拉伯经济以及与中国的贸易关系是中国对外政策的客观要求，有利于中国制定阿拉伯贸易政策，促进中国对外贸易的发展。

本文通过分析阿拉伯石油价格变化，来分析伊拉克战争后阿拉伯经济状况，以中国与阿拉伯的石油贸易为主线，来分析中国与阿拉伯贸易状况及前景，并分析了中国与阿拉伯地区贸易过程中存在的问题，从政府和企业两个角度提出了解决对策。伊拉克战争后，阿拉伯经济虽然蒙受损失，但经济仍然高速发展，石油价格的上升给阿拉伯产油国经济建设带来了充足的资金, 为其经济增长注入了活力。中国与阿拉伯的贸易主要集中在石油上，石油贸易额逐年扩大，该地区已经成为中国进口石油的主要供应地区，但中国对阿拉伯石油的依赖程度却在逐渐下降。阿拉伯地区连年战争和阿拉伯国家采取的贸易保护政策，给中国与阿拉伯国家的贸易往来带来不便，从总体上来说，贸易合作规模不大，贸易水平不高，在贸易操作上也存在着问题。对于以上存在的问题，中国应该加强政府在双方贸易中的纽带作用，做到了解阿拉伯国家的金融体系、贸易方式、市场特性等因素，知己知彼，使自己处于有利的地位，顺利开展国际贸易，避免造成不必要的损失。
